This is my second order with Lilicloth and I couldn't be more pleased. Items ship when they are ready so I don't have to wait to receive everything all at once. The quality is very good. I also like the free shipping and auto coupon options which has saved me quite a lot.
It took a long time to receive my order. Once I did I can say I'm unhappy with the product. Decided not to give it as a gift. Will use as a sleep shirt myself.

The shirts on their web site are fun and cute, so I ordered several.
They charged my credit card right away, but waited several weeks to ship. Then the items took weeks to arrive from China. By then the credit card bill had long since been paid — too late to dispute the charge with the credit card company.
When the shirts finally arrived, they were a full size smaller than labeled and made of the cheesiest fabric I have ever seen. The tees were made of ultra-thin synthetic. (and low quality, even for polyester.) Even the "sweatshirts" were just long-sleeved tees, made of the same icky fabric.
The returns process was as difficult as they could make it.
They will not pay for return shipping, which was nearly as expensive as the shirts. But I paid for it anyway, because I did not want the company to profit from their questionable and manipulative business practices.
It has been over two months since my return packages arrived in China. Still being "held in customs." What a scam!

I ordered several tee shirts over a month ago and finally received the first two a couple days ago. I normally wear a loose fitting XXL tee. I was afraid these may run small so I ordered XXXL from them. These are sized for tiny Asian's as the XXXL is like a US medium, they barely go below my belly button. Now I'm screwed as there is no way to return them to China. If I would have been aware they were coming directly from China no way I would have ordered.
