I ordered a 2 XL shirt. It took a month to get. It is mis sized and I cannot wear it. It is too short and way too tight and that is the size I wear all the time. I was told I could have 15 percent refund. Then 25 percent. If I want a refund I have to send it to China and pay postage for their mistake. I would never have used your company if I had known you are not a reputable company.
I gave you my email to be able to use a 50 percent on my first order, and the site would not let me use it.
Don't think I got the discount promised. Very happy with it.

This is the 4th similar tee shirt I have purchased that when using your USA sizing chart I get shirts in wrong size. They are huge on me and your return policy offer says I can get a 15 % return of purchased price or send it back to China even though it was mailed from the USA. That is as much as the shirt cost. I ended up having to keep shirts and pay $45.00 a piece to have altered to fit. NEVER AGAIN! Remove me from your mailing list. I tried by using your unsubscribe tab and I still get several a day. Bad bad service and sizing charts. Do not purchase from this site!
The sizes are way off. They must be child sizes. This not my first order that was wrong. A true waste of money. Their return policies are hard to understand and a waste of time. It's impossible and embarrassing to use or send as a gift because the return time is too short.
It would be nice if you made it easier to find men's when you are in women's. Like make it easier to switch.
I ordered 5 shirts on 5/30/22. They have not been delivered as of 6/10/22. I contacted them and they told me not to expect them until 6/22/22. The event I wanted the shirts for has passed. I asked them for a refund and they refused. I looked up where it was shipping from and the order is coming from CHINA. They don't tell you this when ordering the shirts, in fact they appear to be a local American company. Stay away.

The web designers need to keep the page displays wholly within the customer's category choices. For instance, if I click on "men" and "t-shirts", I don't want to have to scroll through umpteen pictures of Hawaiian shirts.
I really was grabbed by the sassy comments on some t-shirts but the quality is another story. I ordered 2 exxtra large shirts. One hangs on me, the other is almost too small. I contacted Lilicloth by email and got no response so this was a one time purchase for me!
