Slow getting delivery. But so happy when it arrived.
I placed my order on July 22 and it took it a month to arrive. I specifically wanted a sweatshirt that had ribbing at the shoulders and was kind of faded in places, almost like a tie-die or to tones. What I got was a long sleeve T-shirt - no ribbing and a solid color. It's cute but not even close to what I thought I was getting. I would have returned it but it took so long to get it and the steps you had to go through to return it were so complicated that I just decided to keep it. The shipping more than made up for the low price. Given the shipping charges, the fact that I didn't get what I ordered and the fact that trying to track the package was next to impossible, I seriously doubt that I will order from here again

Fairly easy to find and buy cute T shirt for my wife, who loves the T shirt. Delivery was a bit slow, but that wasn't really an issue..
Difficult to navigate through site and to checkout. Eventually worked through issues although it took too much time.

The real surprise was when I needed to return items sent is the cost of returning to China and paying any fees which make the return fee as much as the item cost.
Then I get an email to give me a 15% discount if I didn't reutrn the items (over $100 worth of items)

Semi ok, love the choices of T-shirts, I like the fact they are a soft material. What I didn't like was the length of time it took to get to me, 1 month really? Maybe you need to add that into the website before people order. Not to say that I wouldn't do it again, it just would have been nice to know that it would take that long.
Product took to long to arrive, would be nice to know that it was shipped from overseas.
I couldn't easily find a customer service contact / phone number or email to ask a question. I like to know where a product is shipping from.
My shirts are really cute and just as pictured on the website. It did take longer to receive them than I expected, but I received shipping updates so I knew they were in transit.
