I was having issues with my puck lights on my Glass Baron display cabinet. I had a three piece halogen bulb system that would burn up my bulbs after a few days of running them. I replaced the ballast twice and each time I got no power to it. I got fed up messing with it so I decided, " mehh to heck with it. Let's replace the entire lighting system." I ordered a new setup through light up in a LED version and absolutely love it. My crystals and fossils really look good now!

I have done minor purchases in the past with no issues. This time the shipping box was dented by the shipping company affecting 4 led panels and as soon I alerted LightUp they quickly shipped a replacement. All in a timely manner. Thank you.

Great price, easy to order, good product, but arrived with some damage, I did not open the package right away, then I had to get it installed.I took the lamp apart and straightened out the metal as well as I could, but there is a dark spot in the lens. My concern is with the shippers not the product.

Tried to exchange or return product. I needed a light that I could put a different color bulb in. Customer service would not help me just said they stand behind their refund and return policy. Expensive lesson ($600) learned on my part.

Ordered 8 flat panel lights. Two were damaged in shipment due to a terribly crummy thin weak cardboard box - shipping damage was going to happen. One light just flashed on and off. Took 3 weeks and MANY phone calls to get replacements promised - meanwhile, the project just stopped. Then they said the product was discontinued. So I went on their website to look for substitutes and found they are still selling them. So, I ordered again. Two of those have cracked panels and one was used as evidenced by open knockouts and short wires in the junction box. Only time will tell if the product is any good. If you order plan on receiving battered goods that dont work - that way you wont be disappointed. Consider the warranty worthless, which is what the company is.
These tubes looked like they might work, but were not compatible with our particular ballast-equipped fixtures. In all likelihood, we will not be able to use them as bypass-type either, but it was worth a try.

U.S.P.S. For Cannon Beach is unusual. Please do not use U.S. Mail for the final mile. If you use the U.S. Mail for any of your deliveries anywhere, your system should accept an additional entry for PO Boxes. A few places like this one have that as a requirement.
Placing the order was very easy, shipped replacement product right away, however, due to very poor packaging, received the products broken twice. Money was refunded, however, I did not get the product to complete my project after waiting for more than a month! Being an online store, one would expect their staff to know how to package a fragile item such as a thin glass tube, which is quite disappointing.

Very easy to review and purchase the product
I ordered 5 ceiling lights because the instructions showed they could be surface mounted. However upon their arrival they did not come with any hardware for mounting. It said nothing on the website or instructions stating anything else was needed for install. Contacted customer service and I was told I would have to purchase additional hardware, when I wanted to return them, you have to pay for shipping back plus a restocking fee!?!
Really? So consumer pays because you do not list the item correctly.

I ordered flood lights online and when my order didn't come I called customer service and spoke to Marcy who told me the item was no longer in stock even though it was listed on your site. She ordered a replacement with LED bulbs and unfortunately the flood lights are too large for my receptacles. The bulb should measure 3 and a 1/2 inches or less. I would like to return these floodlights and get the correct sized lights. Thanks

It took me 3 days to place this order. Originally it would not ship because I was told shipping address and credit card address did not match. I wanted to use a credit card but had difficulty making it work. Then tried it again 2 days later and everything work fine. I'm not sure what is going on.

I order these bulbs for a meeting in our dimly lit conference room. They never arrived in time and once they did I found that they were too big to fit into the fixtures so I am now buying extension sockets to give me that extra inch I need to make them work. I think I needed PAR 30 bulbs.

I was nice to get the 10% discount before the end of the month. It helps pay for shipping. Hopefully, we will be able to see well in our conference room again with these. Information about the bulbs was very helpful.
Fair price and no shipping cost is a plus. The lights were all taped together...! I received them broken inside the package. Most of them did not work. The ones working turned off after 10mins. Wondering if this happens to LED lights as well?

We were glad to finally find a product we've been searching for; or at least it would work. We ordered a 4-pack and the matching/co-ordinating 4-pack of surface mounting kits. Lights arrived one day, with damaged package and one light damaged. The next day a 2 pack of mounting kits arrived. I'm honestly not sure if correct kit for the lights. The end. We still have no more mounting kits. I filled out your form for help and have no response yet. I have not tried calling yet but most businesses seem to prefer handling issues online if possible.
