Two dresses I bought fit well and are of nice quality. One blouse has a few visible errors in sewing. Another fit too small (the model is smaller than me and wearing a much larger size- the look is what I liked), 2 solar powered outdoor lights (X-mas tree and looked like flowers) are having trouble generating energy. One product was damaged. It is important to be realistic about time as items come from China. They are efficient with gathering and shipping but it will take up to one month to get to Canada. Will shop again.
They have a great selection of products for a really cheap price. Some of the items are good quality others not so good. You need to allow at least 2 weeks for delivery. I order from them all the time over Amazon and Walmart.
Product is always amazing. Fits great & looks amazing...have had many compliments & given link out multiple times. Processing & shipping sucks. Never have I had items I've ordered take as long...not sure what your companies problem is...but extremely dissatisfied with it.
I gave this site 5 stars. My items came very quickly. They are made very well. All but one of my items was true to size. The item that wasn't was on the small size. I will be ording again.
It has been a very positive experience. The items have been good quality and delivery has been prompt. Refunds for unavailable items (only 2 of the numerous items ordered) were also provided in a timely manner. I am very satisfied and will be making future purchases.
The products arrived within promised time. I liked their online tracking system that I could follow their processing and shipping times. The material, size and colours are all as expected. Very satisfied with the products.

In my last order received last week were 2 dresses, a Black one and a Red one. I was really looking forward to the Red dress that I wanted to wear at my Christmas party this coming. Unfortunately, the dress received was not the one I ordered. It was similar but the one I ordered. I ordered the one with covered shoulders (picture attached) and received the one with open shoulders (picture attached) which doesn't suit me. I was a little disappointed and no time to order again. The Black fits nicely though. First time that there was a mix with the item ordered and I ordered quite a bit from Light in the Box.
I ordered a green jumpsuit from this company and never received the item. I emailed company but got no response. Will never order from here again.
The quality has been excellent. I'd give it 5 only the size is not consistent. Any discrepancies have been happily solved. A pleasure to be associated with.
I have received replacement orders for what I ordered. Some good some not. Some orders are replaced with a different color or style. Quality is good and the items look nice.
