I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from them. I had to pay £15.00 duty which I was not expecting. When I opened the parcel I was really disappointed at the poor quality. I sent them back straight away and paid a further £10 on postage. The shoes cost £24 for both. I have paid more in duty and returns. This was back in July and still waiting for my refund. It is now October! There is no contact details or any way I can get in touch. I can not recommend this shoddy company.
A Chinese company that can't be trusted. No customer service. No refunds… surprising with how they can still be in business but morality isn't important to a Chinese company when Americans customers are involved. Wish I had researched ownership before ordering.
I ordered 3 knee length chiffon bridesmaids dresses from LightInTheBox and they were absolutely beautiful dresses. Lovely quality material, the zips and everything are really good quality. So relieved, as I was a bit worried about ordering from China.
I'd definitely order again.
I ordered the dress in Silver, and it's a really nice light grey colour- so not the dark grey seen in other pictures of this dress.
I'm really pleased and can't wait for the bridesmaids to try them on!
I expected these all to be really cheaply made products but have been pleasantly surprised. Returns are easy to do and they keep you up to date on the shipping. It takes a little longer but you can't beat the pricing.
I ordered 2 paintings (a set), they products I received had completely different colors than the advertised paintings. Moreover, one was different from the other, like made by 2 different people. I understand there may be a slight difference but what I received cannot be even hanged on the wall, instead of beige there is orange. Of course they refused to resend me new ones, as they should be.
Update: After a secondary complaint and publishing reviews, they returned me the money in full and apologized.

The products purchased are of very good value for the money spent... they are good quality and well worth the investment! So top marks there!... unfortunately the returns process is not so good when you inadvertently purchase the wrong size... its a shame that I didn't check the sizes completely - Asian and European sizes are quite different. Means that money is essentially lost due to it costing a lot to return the product. The customer support was very helpful and arranged a part refund of the items...
I will be much more careful if I purchase more clothing from this company and will automatically purchase 2 sizes larger than I normally do in Europe.
I ordered a watch directly online from Light in the Box. Shipment of item appeared used--no instruction paper and watch didn't work regardless which buttons were pushed. I sent photo of what was received and messaged Customer Service. They said I would have to wait for an instruction sheet. I messaged them again that it was broken regardless and requested return/refund and have never heard back from them again. Stay away! Wasted money.

I am so disappointed with every item I ordered. Please people don't buy things from this site, it is at your own risk if you do. The quality of every item I bought including trainer is the lowest of quality. What you see is not what you will get. This is so heartbreaking as I ordered five items and not even one is useable. Their size guide also is wrong, you end up with over size clothes. So painful for the amount of money spend.

I have to return two cell phones to this website located in china. These cell phones cost $139.99 but
Does not detect AT&T sim cards. It took them more than two weeks to reply with
Forms to exchange the defective cell phones. The website says it will only take 24 hours for customer service to get back to you but it took me more than 12 e-mails in 2 weeks. The worst part is that they already received the item back which I spend $40 with tracking but they never get back for status pass 2 weeks until this date. They have phone numbers but only if you can speak chinese and only for pre-sale inquiry One thing I learn do not buy imitated products from China..
My wife ordered a swimming costume which turned out to be the wrong size.
We had to send it back, not to a warehouse in Sydney or somewhere, But to the manufacturing shop in China, at our cost of $32.00 The costume was $64.00
Australia Post tracking can only track the item arriving in China this was 4 weeks ago and Ligh in the box is saying it hasn't arrived at the factory yet, which I doubt.
We are out of pocket, wife has no costume and this has now taken several months.

This order contained two items, which gave me very different experiences. One was a pair of lightweight striped coveralls. A seam split the moment I put them on. I sewed it up, and another one immediately split. The material frayed too easily to hold a seam. I've had many orders from LightIntheBox, and this was the only one that was a problem.
The other item was a classic blue coverall. They fit perfectly, and the fabric was good quality. No complaints there at all. I actually ordered another pair.
Size and quality ok. Not so happy with the color...

First time shopper. I ordered jumper in two sizes wanted to make sure one would fit. As im planning for my sons wedding. Received and neither one fit to my disappointment. Absolute shame that I placed an order on June 6,2023 and its already July 15 and I have not received my order of 1 painting. They promised me delivery in 3 - 5 working days and today its a month and a half with zero response from them. All they have to say is that they will check with their local courier and revert. Their local courier company is non existent as I have tried calling and emailing them several times with zero response!

I order 3 dresses. They were going to take too long to get to me (1 month). I cancelled before it was processed and they are only refunding me 50% of my refund. They claim the dresses are custom and tailor made. This is wrong, I clicked a size! No measurements were sent. Terrible and I will never order again.

The most awful shopping experience to date. I ordered a pair of cargo shorts in good faith. They took a month to arrive and came up as a tight fit. When I tried to return the item they explained that they come straight form the factory in China and are based on Chinese sizes. What has that got to do with sizes? A 34" waist in the UK doesn't change in China! The returns policy is to give them to a friend or relative due to the return costs not being viable.
I will not use this company again and I highly recommend any readers to stay clear.

The problems you've raised will be considered as very grave. I saw that you've ordered several items. Are you unsatisfied with all the items? Can you please let me know which of those you wish to return? The package left our warehouse on the 16th of July, was available for collection merely 8 days later. According to Royal Mail it waited another 4 days to be picked up. In addition, a return ticket can be requested with just a few mouse clicks from within your account. There aren't any tickets to be found under your account. You would have received a confirmation and reply within 24h from a customer service representative to help you handle this.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
