Before a purchase was to be mailed I requested address change and cancel an order. Your company afterward said their associate was in the wrong, I requested cancel order(NOT DONE) change address! I see today I am getting like 49.00. It cost me $85.00. You admitted YOU CAUSED PROBLEM? I WAS BUYING FROM YOUR COMPANY! I will go on line and give the reviews your company deserves! I am again requesting full $85.00 refund you owe me.

I went onto the Lightinthe Box website to chose my Wedding dress and Bridesmaid outfits. Saw quite alot of different ones I loved, but the Trumpet mermaid lace and chiffon in champagne totally took my breath away. Got matching lace shoes in champagne with pearl and rhinestone detail(gorgeous) and a pretty rhinestone Tiara. My Bridesmaid Amanda loved the A-Line Princess halter-neck dress, got it in Ruby, matching Ruby suede court shoes, and pretty rhinestone Tiara. Cant wait to try everything on, and wear them on my Wedding day August 2013. Thank you Light in the Box team. Xxx

All purchases are good. Im quite pleased. Very good price/quality balance. All things "drive those purposes like well". Good desing and well thought for purpose. I just recently got a mobile thr this site, the delivery was unbelievably great would reccomend in a heart beat, as for the phone, love it, still exploring it.It is a Lenovo A630 4.5"Inch Andriod 4.0 Dual Cord Mobile Smart Phone. Be aware that "fast shipping" only means that ONLY after your order has been pulled, THEN fats shipping starts. So it can take 3 weeks to "Process" your order and then shipping may only take 3-5 days IF you pay an extra amount.
So you pay extra but it doesn't mean you are getting your item faster.

We have bought a dress for a wedding on the 8th of the month, with priority line shipping ("4-7business days"). We still have not recieved it after the wedding at the end of the month. Despite I paid an extra sum of money, for the """"faster""" delivery.
You also can't file a normal complaint. The do the turn to a different division trick. So you cant get to someone whom could actually help you with your problems or claims.

Please note that the delivery time includes processing time and shipping time. And the delivery of the packages is influenced by many factors – especially countries’ customs. First item was shipped using DHL(waybill no: *******790). Shipment never left China and was returned to origin within 3 days.
Then it was again shippend via Express Mail Service China(EMS Tracking No: EA*******CN).
Status has not changed since 4 March 2015. I think yhis website is fraud. I dont know if I will get the items for which I have alreadty paid $ 348.17.

I ordered May 2and and it arrived May 13th. I was happy to get the delivery as no confirmation was received and I was finding it really hard to get contact someone. The one email I found bounced back a Chinese undeliverable message. I was a bit surprised to get a 40 duty tax that needed to be paid before the shipment would be released. Product arrived, looks nice and seems good quality. Installation and use will tell...
Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
