My purchase was very satisfying, nice material and nicely made.
For a company that does business online only, it is very poor. I purchased a swimsuit advertised as polyester. Because I am allergic to any kind of elastic -elastaine, lycra, spandex - I asked customer service to verify that there was none of those in the swimsuit. I was told that the swimsuit was made of stretchy polyester. When I received the swimsuit, the interior tag indicated that it had 18% elastaine, 82% polyester; it was very itchy, and I needed to return it. I have tried to get the return function to work on the website via my computer and via the app on my phone to no avail. After I enter all the required info and hit submit on my computer, nothing happens. When I do the same on my phone, I get the message "Error, try again later." This has happened repeatedly. I even looked in the FAQs for instructions on how to return products and printed them out. They bear little to no resemblance to what is on the return screen. The website offers no way to contact customer service by email or phone.
After my complaint to SiteJabber, I was contacted by customer service! Amazing because when I tried using the instructions Slava posted for contacting Customer Service on the website (Besides, if you need to contact our customer service, please kindly do as following steps:
Browser: Personal center> My orders> choose specific order and click buttom Customer Service
APP: Account>Help Center>Contact Customer Service for My Order> choose order# and click>View details.), nothing went through. Slava from Customer Service provided a full refund for my purchase and asked me to update my review to 4-5. I did update it, but still can't give the website-driven business high marks because the website still does not work (at least for me) according to the instructions posted. I am grateful for the refund, but I don't think that I should have to write a bad review on someone else's website to receive one when I can't request one from the vendor's own site.

Customer service staff deliberatively sabotage the delivery of paid for items. I had $150+ order spanning 6 items in January 2023, one item mens pants they had repeatedly on sale. I waited 10 days, the first 5 items were ready to ship, but the pants were unavailable despite being repeatedly on sale. They didnt tell me they were unavailable, on 10th day after asking why it couldnt be sent, I said cancel the pants and send the 5 items which were boxed that day as shown online on my account as boxed ready to be shipped. They clearly just decided they wernt going to send them the 5 items, and left them packaged BUT UNSENT for more than 80 hours over 4 days. On the 14th day of the order I cancelled the whole order as they gain revenge by not supplying the product, they just ignore requests to send the items and all other customer service requests, offer phantom credit THAT CANNOT BE APPLIED TO THE NEXT ORDER, and just buy more time not to post the order. The customer service staff are vindictive for no reason, by deliberately not sending orders to frustrate the customer. There is no logic to what they are doing, they can do whatever they want and in my opinion they are enjoying this. Then on the cancellation and refund they send "Thanks for being our valued customer. We would be sooo grateful having the pleasure of serving you again!".

I enjoy some of the styles you offer. I received my orders fairly quickly, no problem.
This is my experience with this company. Purchased several items had to return some for size. Site is setup for selling not for returns. I have gone around and around with this so called customer service that they say is so great and have gotten no where. I returned the merchandise which they now say they have not received after 6 weeks. I'm out $44 and there seems to be no resolution. II would not recommend anyone shopping there.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
