DO NOT TRUST this AWFUL company! If the product you receive is damaged, or not as described (and it likely will be), they will make it INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT for you to get your money back. They will literally do EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER to keep your money. They'll start out all sweetness and light, saying they understand your frustration and they're 100% committed to resolving the problem. They'll offer to refund you and pay return postage if you send them photos. Then they'll offer you a 30% refund and withdraw the offer to pay postage. Then they'll tell you you'll need to pay to courier the item back to their WAREHOUSE IN CHINA (even if it's both damaged and not as described) and also that you'll need to wait at least 4 weeks for a refund (only for the item though, not for the postage). Then they'll offer you a 50% refund if you keep the item - but they'll only provide a link to a 30% refund. And round and round they'll go, sending you messages, pretending to care, but really just hoping you'll eventually lose the will to live.
The ONLY reason I (eventually) got a refund is because I was fortunate enough to have paid through PayPal and was able to open a dispute. But even after I did that, Lightinthebox REFUSED to communicate through PayPal's messaging system. Every subsequent message came through their own system. Initially they told me they'd deal with me faster if I closed the PayPal dispute. Then they demanded I send them the photos I'd already sent them. Then they offered me the 50% refund again. Then they tried to scare me with the "pay for your own courier and we'll take at least a month to refund you" routine. I copied every one of their messages via screen shots, into the PayPal dispute system and eventually Lightinthebox capitulated and refunded my money - but only after an enormous battle and about twenty messages spanning 7 days. I'm fairly sure that mine wasn't a one-off experience because all they sell is cheap, Chinese-made crap. Every single review on their own website is fake and they even have robots leaving positive reviews for them on another Trustpilot page. Avoid Avoid AVOID!

I placed an order of almost $300 and paid for the Expedite Service $32.66 for 3-4 business days shipping on 11/01/2020. The packages were not shipped until 11/28/2020. I asked for $32.66 refund that did not show in my bank statement even up to today. After numerous online message back & forth, still no luck. I don't recommend this company. They lied! They do not honor their "Expedite Shipping Service". They also lied about refunding my $32.66 because my bank statement (November and up to today (12/7/2020) does not show they refunded me the $32.66. I even spoke to the my bank's customer service if there is any pending refund of $32.66. This company, Light in the Box lied." NO STAR REVIEW IF POSSIBLE! "I'm a mother of four who barely has time to shop for frames in store. I came across what looked like a great deal on a Wall set of 10 frames on llightinthebox. Unfortunately my excitement quickly turned to great regret, utter disappointment and a feeling of being bamboozled by the depiction, description and price value of these frames marked at $149.99 but on sale I can get them for $69.99.
These must be nice frames I thought. Since the set of 10 price value was $149.99 USD that means these are $15 frames and I can get then at under $10 each.
The depiction is of the frames displayed with matting inset. The specifications say pictures held are at smallest 5"x7".
I was so happy about this deal that I ordered two sets. Being in Canada shipping was an additional $43 and with conversation these two sets came to $193.00 on my credit card. It was still a good deal for frames that are valued at $15 each.
Now here's the most embarrassing part. My realization that I had been duped. The frames arrived and required Cash on Delivery for duties paid at customs. That was an additional $34 and then when I picked up the box that already seemed far too small to contain two sets of quality frames. It was SO light.
I cried inside seeing that they were not even glass inset but thin plastic, they require assembly to mount on the wall. They are the same frames that are sold at IKEA call NYTTJA that you can get for as low $2 each!
Also the specs that read "Picture Holds: 12*16*1pcs, 7*12*2pcs, 5*7*7pcs" of frames depicted as displaying photos within a matted setting IS actually the dimensions of the frame itself. Within the matting of the small frames described as holding 5*7 you can actually display 3.15"*5".
I have contacted their customer service regarding the quality. Take from this review what you will. Beware buying on this site. If you have money to squander - go ahead. If you are looking for savings, don't do it.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
