Finalmente me comunicaron que anulaba la devolución de la otra pieza porque era una petición duplicada. No les he contestado porque han acabado con mi paciencia. Io ho fatto molti acquisti su questo sito, che è cinese, e ho trovato prodotti che in Italia non ci sono. Il servizio clienti è ottimo. Peccato che ci siano difficoltà di spedizione; perché bisogna pagare il dazio e mi sembra anche l'assicurazione. I tempi di consegna sono lunghissimi. Io sono italiana, e dall'Italia alla Cina il percorso è lungo. Io questo lo immaginavo; ma i prodotti erano talmente belli che mi sono disposta ad aspettare. Danno la possibilità di reso; ma con tutto quello che bisogna pagare, forse è meglio accettare il rimborso parziale spese che danno. Danno anche dei buoni sconto Ci sono stati dei problemi; ma sono stati risolti. In definitiva, io do cinque stellette. Last year I purchased casual shirt in 2 X size. With the pandemic lock down I figured I had put on a couple of pounds so I ordered a 3 X from a different shirt maker. Shipping was quick, but alas, the shirt was too tight.
I contacted Customer Service and was quickly answered with a couple of options. Since I wanted to order a larger size I took the option to keep the shirt and receive a 20 % discount on the new shirt.
After a couple of emails requesting information on how this would work I received an answer and placed my new order for the same shirt, only larger.
I am very happy with the selections of clothing and also happy with Customer Service.
In the past I have also purchased other items that were not clothing, but things I needed and found on their website.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
