I have ordered from the company several times all in all the clothes and shoes I have ordered have been of good quality and fit, customer service has been good I'm pleased with my purchases.
Avoid at all costs, they are not to be trusted.
Last week I purchased a standard size, non customised prom dress. Unfortunately in was unsuitable so I requested an immediate return as they only allow 7 days. It is brand new, unworn with tags in perfect condition. You can only return by tracking a shipment at a cost of £52 ( they can say it wasn't received, therefore lost dress and money. Then they flatly refused a return at all saying it was a made to measure order. This is extremely sharp practice and this company should be avoided at ALL costs. They basically make it impossible to return anything and actually get a refund or they mess you around with emails until your 7 days time out and they refuse you anyway. They do not consider any consumer rights and you will lose out. I wish I had read more reviews as there are enough warnings about them.
It had stiff cheap fabric. It was see thru and looked like an apron instead of a dress. Item looked nothing like the picture.

I ordered a pair of gold boots for my wedding, order - ************** and accidentally ordered a size 4 instead of a size 6.
The package came and was very damaged. I took pictures and explained the box was damaged and I ordered the wrong size. An easy mistake to make! (I wanted a size 6 and accidentally choose US6 which is a UK4)
I was told to either take 60% "store credit" and keep the boots or they would refund me 50%
Excuse me?! 50% AND I pay shipping costs to China so I'd probably end up with less than 25% of what I paid.
I wont be able to even sell them on for much with a damaged box

As usual, the company website is BS and the shipping time is not anywhere close to their "5-7 days average delivery time" disclaimer, which is the only reason I went to them and not another retailer. Of course, when you check tracking it says, "we apologize for any delays". The truth is - they never plan to deliver in the window advertised, but once they get your money, you can't do squat about it.
I would like to find ONE customer who actually received their order in that 5-7 day window as advertised. I ordered on the 1st, it's the 14th and still no sign of it. It's "in transit" still, go figure. The event I ordered for has come and gone and I have no idea what the quality of the product is like, but if it's anything like the quality of their integrity and honesty, this was a fail and I will not be back.
Why can't retailers just be HONEST? If it takes 30 days, say it takes 30 days and let the customers decide if it works for them or not! It's so frustrating and many of the companies overseas do this for customers in the US.

Can not comment on any quality because I never got the product. I ordered a dress on February 6th. They took my money February 7th. Had a estimated delivery date of mid March. When I didn't see any action happening on tracking I reached out to them March 9th to see how the status was. They replied that because of high demand the dress wouldn't arrive at the warehouse for another five days. I told them it was important we get the dress by the time they estimated and that's why we ordered it and asked if it was still possible to get it by that time frame. They emailed back March 12 th and said there was no way they could get it to me by that time and to please wait a few more days. I replied that we could because I guess better late than never. Today I got an email saying they are out of stock and have cancelled the order. Offered me 15% off my next order. They had my money for five weeks and never had the product to ship to me. And I only found out because I reached out for the status. Be careful ordering from them. They will take your money without having the product.

This company's policies on refund is messed up you do not get a refund you get another credit to buy something else. My second and last order with this company made it all the way to the United States and then suddenly is going back to China no explanation to me and I never saw the package address was correct. Yet this company tells me I need to send another $12 PayPal only to have my package sent to me again. I don't have a PayPal account I don't want one. I asked for a credit on the same credit card they use to buy the package they said they can only credit me so that I order something else from them. Why would I order anything else when this order didn't make it to my front door. Crooked company, impossible to get a refund from.

I purchased a women's swimsuit, expecting it to come in a week, after 2 weeks I checked tracking, the package was in customs. I contacted lightInTheBox and was told another 7-10 days. After 3 weeks it came and was a terrible fit! I went to the web site to return it, you have to prove you received it, then package it up and PAY the shipping to return it to CHINA...

I ordered a shirt from Light in the box, it took a couple weeks to receive, and when I opened the pack, it was the wrong shirt. I reached out to customer service immediately, responded to their request for photos and waited to hear back. They then told me that I could have a 50% credit of what I paid and I could keep the shirt. They are not sending the product I actually ordered and only giving me half credit back to buy something else! What a SCAM! Will never recommend or waste my money there again!

First off, they never tell you about custom charges, which ended up being more than the total of what I bought. So I didn't accept them. What happened next was a 6 month ordeal with customer service trying to get a refund (which one person who I spoke to said I could get if I rejected the package and it was sent back to them). Of course, after it was sent back to them, they denied ever saying that and kept closing my case.
Today after six months of arguing with them via e-mail, I MAY be receiving 20$ back, 1/4 of the price that I payed for the shipment and the goods.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I filled in two queries on their website, one in February and one a few days ago, and only received ticket numbers. That was that. There doesn't seem to be any way to contact them directly or speak to a company representative. I presume I've now lost my money and will never see the item I ordered. I will never be fooled like this again. Please don't order from Light in the Box. You might as well take your money and flush it down the toilet. The result will be the same.

While the products are nice, the shipping costs double the prices by the time you're order is on it's way. Not recommended. I could have purchases the exact same items straight from Amazon for the price of the items with very little shipping. I will never buy from them again. The website does not have a contact email address and the tracking number is a phone number. I paid over $50 for shipping from the web store and the rest was charged while my order was in transit. A total of $145. For shipping and customs through DHL. That's just about double the price of my order. I can't help feeling that I got fooled. It won't happen again.

Well first let me say that there's no such thing as a return with this company
I had bought a jacket in a 3X and it was like a size 16 so it's gotta be oriental sizing because I can't explain a 3X in US which I thought it was going to be but needless to say it was I asked for a return ticket and this is what I got
You have three options a B or C you can get 20% off of the next order as a reward or you can choose B and get 10% of the value of the item that you paid so I paid $63 I think US that means I would get back $6.36 or you can return the item and they're telling you that if you do return the item the handling and postage is gonna cost you way more than the item cost you in the first place so what are your choices you either keep it and swallow it or you return it I mean you you take the a or B option yeah it's just really something that I just can't swallow so this is I'm just telling you this is what happened

Hi, The material was so cheap and very poor quality. Not worth at all for the price. The shirts I bought differs alot from the picture shown. Very unsatisfied with this experience. And, the delivery was delayed alot as well.

I'm very happy with these bands. I haven't had them long so there is no way to tell their durability. However, in regards to comfort, I'm very happy. The last time I purchased new bands for my fitbit they were very stiff (like when I original bought it) which is always a bit uncomfortable, but these are perfect. The price is also very good. A great purchase!

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
