I ordered an expensive dress for a wedding in my normal size, was way too small and they do not accept returns for size issues
Can not comment on any quality because I never got the product. I ordered a dress on February 6th. They took my money February 7th. Had a estimated delivery date of mid March. When I didn't see any action happening on tracking I reached out to them March 9th to see how the status was. They replied that because of high demand the dress wouldn't arrive at the warehouse for another five days. I told them it was important we get the dress by the time they estimated and that's why we ordered it and asked if it was still possible to get it by that time frame. They emailed back March 12 th and said there was no way they could get it to me by that time and to please wait a few more days. I replied that we could because I guess better late than never. Today I got an email saying they are out of stock and have cancelled the order. Offered me 15% off my next order. They had my money for five weeks and never had the product to ship to me. And I only found out because I reached out for the status. Be careful ordering from them. They will take your money without having the product.

Hello, I won a dress from the Valentine giveaway. The dress I chose could not be altered to my height (156cm tall), so I asked if I could choose another dress. I could, but only one from the competition. So I chose the only dress that was not long.
It took a few tries to get the people on Facebook to understand my sizes (I included the graph from the ordering process and gave my measurements accordingly). After noting my sizes, I had to choose a color, wich was not an easy thing to do, because there was only one color pictured where the model wore the dress.
Upon arrival, I was stunned by the color, glad I chose it. The dress was not made out of crappy quality fabric (no idea if it is high quality, no knowledge of that).
BUT: even though they knew my body length, the dress was about 20cm too high for me. Luckily I have a handy grandmother who had a solution at hand. But this was a bummer for me.
It would suit this company right to (on Facebook) pay better attention to prior had conversations.
I never received my order never got a phone call never signed anything. But I get a notification my package has been delivered. But it wasn't thanks for ruing Christmas.

I have bought a lot from them. First 2 times they have returned additional customs fees to me but on last 5 orders they have erased my orders on my account so that I can't open a ticket, can't send DHL's bills for them to return the money because I have payed that option, I have received 10 items that doesn't look anything like the items bought (advertized) - instead of jacket I have received a blouse of terrible material that look like that jacket in some way, instead of white winter coat I have received a hoodie, etc. When I somehow find a way to send bills to them and ask why they have erased orders from my account, they have just closed a ticket and you can't do anything! Also, you don't have an option to delete your account. Not to mention that packing is terrible, everything is stuffed together and shoes, bags, hats after you pull them out you can't return the shape on them again... it stays squashed.
I was pleased at first to find another good site to order stuff but after all that has happend, I have a bitter taste in my mouth and hope that my review will prevent them to cheat and rob other people!

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
