Paid for a pair of Cargo Shorts on May 30th. They said it was delivered on June 28th. Problem is, I never got it as it was delivered to the wrong address. PayPal refuses to refund my money. Stay away from LightInTheBox and PayPal.

The first thing I bought from LITB was way too small although it looks great on my wife! Wether that was my mistake or theirs I don't know. Since then I have bought some really cool stuff and delivery has been no problem. If you are looking for cool clothing at a realistic price this is the place for you.

Ich habe eine Sendung mit einer Leinenhose und eine zweite Sendung mit zwei Leinenhosen, einem Oberhemd und einem Polo-Shirt bestellt und gekauft. Die angegebene Größe stimmt bei allen Kleidungsstücken mit der tatsächlichen Größe überein. Das Material der Leinenhosen ist okay und sie lassen sich gut tragen. Das Hemd und das Poloshirt haben ein eigenartiges Material, das sich nicht gut anfühlt. Der Kragen am Poloshirt ist so dermaßen ausladend und groß, dass ich das Shirt nicht tragen werde, da es vollkommen unmodisch wirkt. Ansonsten bin ich mit der Lieferzeit und der Abwicklung zufrieden.

I would strongly suggest not buying anything from this company. I originally ordered this polo in size XS because that was the size indicated by their sizing chart. It was too small, so I exchanged for a size Small. They told me to keep the first one and they sent another. Oddly enough, though the Small was a bit larger across, it was shorter and had smaller arm openings than the size XS. In the photo, the shirt on the bottom is the XS, the shirt on the top is S. I requested a refund since neither of the shirts were of any use to me. They very politely responded that they would send a refund for my purchase when they received the return. It was my responsibility to pay for shipping it to CHINA! (even though it was shipped from a US location.) They estimated the shipping charge to be between $10 and $40. Alternatively, they would refund 30% of the purchase price. So, basicly, it cost me $33 to have the experience of dealing with them for the past several weeks. Too bad, sure would have liked to have a polo that fit. They are cute. UPDATE: Upon seeing my review, Lightinthebox contacted me and indicated that they would refund my money if I would revise my review. After the refund was received, I went back to their site to revise the review and found that it had been removed. You should be prepared to have to be persistant with this company to be sure that you are treated fairly.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
