Lucy is the one who assisted me. She asked photos of the item and a description. After confirmation it was in fact incorrect and had multiple production flaws she gave a "better" offer. I declined and countered the offer.
After some back and forth we got to an agreement that minimized loss for LightInTheBox and for me as customer.
I did receive in credit but can pay it out to my bank account. Unfortunately I can not review the return process since I am still waiting to receive the funds. I have put in the assignment but am still waiting.

The shirt finally arrived today, but the delivery required 16 days.
I ordered top n dress. Once order went thru realized it was from China. They said top was sent, never received it. Cancelled dress only dress was credited. Contacted company numerous times. Nothing paid for top! Sizes on compatible nor comparable to Canadian sizes

The sweater that I order was terrible quality and the size was no where near the size chart they provided and trying to get ahold of customer service and deal with a return and refund was painful. They make you jump thru hoops to get your refund and do not make it a customer friendly service. Would never recommend them to anyone!

I ordered a cover for a formal event that was 10 days away. I paid $25 for expedited shipping with the understanding that the item would ship in 4 to 7 days. Four days later I received a message stating that the item would arrive 10 to 15 days later instead which is well after the date of my event. When I contacted customer service they said that they would only refund 50% of my order.

My package got here fast! I was not expecting it for another week or two. Since they were motion sensor lights, I was wondering if they would make it here in good working order. I had them charged and mounted before it was even dark. These lights are doing exactly what I bought them for. I have a long hall with regular lights on either end, I set these up to light the middle. It would have taken an electrician to put in another light, it would have been expensive. These are perfect, they come on, when needed and turn off as needed. I plan on getting some more for a large walk in closet!
So I give 5 stars.
Do not expect amazon service as they are slow fulfill orders. I have been waiting more than a week and it wont come for more than ten days...it's shirt and shouldn't take that long, but as I said, extremely slow.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
