The product unfortunately doesn't fit so we would like to send it back. But as we actually recognize we have to send it to China although it was sent to us from a german address. This procedure is complete unacceptable. Beside this, we have no chance because german post is no longer sending packkages to china. If we had recognized this earlier we would not have ordered the product from your plattform and will not do further.

I ordered 2 dresses; they came without a problem; first dress was fine (with a bit of adjustments made) and nice material; second dress was ordered in a 5x, was a cheap material, looked more like a nightgown and nothing like the picture; fit my niece who is a size 8.

I ordered Starfire cloth material front seats.
I received them after some days inside a plastic envelope. They seemed very light as cover, anyway I decided to try assembling them on my car seats.
The result was bad because my car has contoured seats. The cover remains taut and raised in the center of the seat back!
Sorry, but these covers are suitable only for car with flat seat backs!
I canot use them!
Unfortunately I don't know if I may send them back without exspenses! I live in Italy!

I am amazed about the quality of stuff I am receiving from light in the box. I cannot complain about anything having too poor quality. Delivery length as well is pretty satisfying.
I will advice people not to buy from this company. The pictures shown on their adverts and websites are computer enhanced. The product they'll send to you are of the poorest and lowest quality. I bought 2 shirts for £42, and after receiving the parcel, I couldn't believe my eyes. I will not buy the 2 tops for even £1. I have asked for an immediate refund. The sewing is as bad as it seem. Anyone who thinks their products are OK after receiving them is not normal.

I purchased from this site and was advised that products have been delivered. They were not delivered as i am home all day as cannot drive. It seems the products are in two post offices far from my home. If i cannot drive i cannot take them. I paid for freight and now have them sitting in two different sites. I will not use this company again. No point in buying online to be lied to by the post and then two different products in two different locals.

There are insides seems that run down either side that are quite uncomfortable. A true T shirt does NOT have these seems. Cost of return shipping is not worth the effort, which they count on.

After waiting and waiting and waiting, we did not received the ordered items and once we requested a refund we were only able to get a partial refund!? Why? I paid full price and getting back 40%? This is obviously scam and it's all setup! Be smart, close the browser, don't buy from them, unless you want to be scammed. It's up to you!

I ordered an item based on the picture and description, realizing that it might not be exactly what I wanted; It wasn't. The return requirements seemed too onerous and costly to make returning the item a realistic option. I gave them a reasonable rating but not an excellent or outstanding one. Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
