If you want a return you must at your own cost ship items back to a warehouse in Asia this is a ridiculous hassle. Also the printing of the tee shirts I bought were stuck through both layers of the tee shirts.

I have had a pretty great experience with LightInTheBox. You have to be careful with the clothing sizes but all other items have been of good quality and items that are helpful in the home. Found a lot of items that I would not have thought about but glad I bought.

However, the shipping time was extremely long even though I paid for express shipping and I would like to have an option to ask back for the shipping charges since the shipping time was more than 2 times as long as stated.
