I loved the pictures of the items and decided to place an order. I have concluded that these photos have been copied from elsewhere, and then they try to replicate them. The result is a low-quality product that needs to be returned...and boy do they make it difficult to return your item. I looked everywhere on their site and on the internet for a contact for their customer service. The links, if provided, take you in a circle that leads to Q&A etc. Since I do not have the time for the runaround I decided to bear the loss and unsubscribed (I still get emails from them) but I am going to report them to my email provider so I can stop hearing from these people. We can do better with our money!

I have made over 10 orders from this company, from car accessories to clothing. Everything I have ordered has fit perfectly and been top notch quality.
Everything I've purchased has been great quality at a great price.
Blouse is good quality, but too big, Blouse size is confusing even if you use the measuring chart. I have to send it back but I hope they refund me or give me credit for my purchase.
-There's no 'ubsubscribe' button in emails.
-When I reset my preferences to 'no advertising emails', I still get emails
-Not easy to find email preferences... Under 'account', then search for 'subscription' on that page, then select none for all
-Tried to complain and there's no where to ask them to stop... No contact info at all
-i couldn't even copy the order number
-seems they have made making a complaint against them very hard on purpose
-this company has terrible customer service and isn't good enough for me. I'll be deleting the app once I get me stuff

I sent the pictures below confirming that it's not even the right dress, and they are still pushing that the dress in not returnable. OBSURD! I paid $200 for custom fitting for a specific dress. You send the wrong dress in the wrong measurements and still won't refund my money or accept the dress for return even though it's YOUR company fault! Please do NOT order from this site!

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
