LightinTheBox.com, I have an issue with them. I bought a number of items from them and I need them to send me their address to send items back to LightinTheBox.com because there are some items I just don't like, some items are the wrong color and 1 item damaged. LightinTheBox.com has run me in circles on line without giving me their address as of yet.

Many people will say not to trust a company from China, but I am really impressed with Light in the Box. I ordered my wedding shoes from them and absolutely loved them. I have yet to try other products, but they seem to be legitimate and trustworthy. Also, the shipping time did not take that long, maybe about 2 weeks after placing order, I received my product.
This company is based in China. When you buy stuff from them and it inevitably comes and is poor quality and not fit for purpose, they then make returns so complicated you end up not bothering. I can only imagine all these positive reviews are fake. The quality of products is bad, customer service bad, returns process near impossible. Terrible company

The quality of the dresses is lovely. The return issue was resolved well as the customer service supervisor made an exception for my situation. Be aware that all gowns are made to measure whether or not you order standard size or send in your measurements. There are no returns for these.

Shipping costs seem reasonable, and my orders are always received within a reasonable amount of time. Most of them arrive unexpectedly early. I am very happy with my experiences with this company, and will certainly continue to enjoy their products.
I ordered a formal dress online, size 8. It was more like a size 4. Tried to return it, tags still attached, next day after it arrived. They said this item is not returnable! No reason. So I am $200 in the whole. NEVER would I trust this company. Very disappointed.

Tracking ************** already 1 month paid and still not delivered and showing Delay transit since 28 days without any change or update on the web. No money refund, no replies, no hope with this site.
Buyers be aware! Nothing I ordered resembles what the depicted photo and description says. It appears that the items sold are merely cheaply made replicas. Shipping took a few weeks... that part was ok. The size, quality and overall experience is a joke.

After buying the light for 1 day and checked back the price dropped significantly (from $208.13 to below $100 and the current price is now $151.03). When it finally arrived, the cover for the circuit board had already fallen off and the base doesn't fit US junction box. Because the shipping cost is so high ($61.49), it's just doesn't make sense to return. Hope they see this review and reach out to refund the over charged part.
I love the wall hanging pictures, amazing colours and quality, just like shown on the Pictures. Very good price, so I bought many of them for presents... only long time waiting... It would be nice If more of the dresses and T- Shirts and jackets would be made of Cotton, Natural Material, less electrical uploading and sweating... Me and other customers would buy even more. But thank you for quick writing back, so good customer service in that point.

They are thieves I received overcoat not dresses when I reach out to them telling them I hate material they said sorry its was custom made what I never seem anything like this shame on your company robber poor people they should close this site. I was initially worried about my purchase as my parcel was coming from China. However once it was shipped I could track it all the way. Delivery was a little bit longer than stated on the website but the tracking option gave me peace of mind. When I received my shoes they fitted perfectly and are extremely comfortable. I would recommend this site.
I ordered four shirts. Three of them were way smaller than the size indicates. I noticed the same comme t in other reviews Return policy is that I have to pay for shipping back to China. Horrible experience.

Against my better judgment I ordered from this place and using their size chart I ordered 2 sizes larger than what I wear. What was delivered didn't even have a size tag on it and it was no where near an xl for an adult! Contacted customer service and of course they used every excuse under the sun to avoid issuing a refund. Needless to say I am out of $50+

Selecting "My Orders" list the exact items that you have previously ordered. But they insisted that I ordered a completely different dress and color. Then they make unreasonable offers like keep the item or pay return shipping or a 74% less credit reward to use on a future item. Then no return at all after 7 days. My guess is having sold over 500 of the item I ordered and 200 of the other, they were out of stock and substituted with another. They sent me blue... an entirely different dress.

Store policy states I only have 7 days to return and cover shipping label, each ticket takes one day to respond and they didn't even solve the issue. I received a dress that's terribly bad in quality and nothing like what I ordered. The dress is completely transparent & I no longer want anything from This site. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
