Their products are ok. My complaint is this: can't see my order! So I can't change anything. They charged me for 2 pr. Boots. I only ordered 1 a pair of GREY boots. Don't think I will use them anymore. Difficult to get any help.
Bought 3 dresses, 2 are fine and the third is poorly made. Am trying to get a refund but impossible to get hold of anyone, without putting in my credit details to an outside company which i am loath to do.

It's just a word of warning. The clothes quality is below par and in order to return an item it has to be returned to ASIA and YOU pay for postage. Unbelievable. I'm stuck with £50 worth of tat than costs more to send back.

UPDATE: Light in the Box reached out to me after my review posted. Their customer service rep was great and very helpful about rectifying my problem. I would not hesitate in ordering from them again!
I ordered an outfit for a wedding I'm officiating. I customized the fit to ensure it would be a perfect fit and has my measurements taken multiple times before ordering. I received the 3-piece outfit stuffed in a bag the size of a plastic grocery bag. Wrinkled doesn't begin to describe it. Plus (here's the important part) the pants are too big, the top is too small, and the outer jacket-like piece is snug.

Looks cheap till you check out. Shipping is exuberant and slow. Sizes vary sometimes its right sometimes it is not. Careful what you order the same product can be listed several times with different prices and description but is exactly the same. Customer Service is horrible their resolution forces you to take a small discount or ship it back which usually costs more then you spent on the order. Either way they Win you lose!

It is my guess that Chinese clothing manufacturers have no idea how to size clothing for the plus-size gals of North America. I write this because 90% of what I ordered did not fit, and no bust line had a dart (and a 48-inch chest needs a dart).
After my first order did not fit I enquired about the return process. As is common with these low-cost websites, the steps involved and the cost make the whole return idea silly to proceed.
They did however refund the cost of the goods- not the shipping insurance.
I placed a couple more orders in an attempt to learn their sizing. There is not a consistent manufacturer so there is no consistent size.
All my issues may not be found by customers in the "normal" size ranges.
Some of their fabrics are flimsy and overall sewing was very basic.
There were some cute styles, so I was disappointed and out of pocket.

I purchased two kitchen taps from this company both of which were found to be defective on installation by a certified plumber. Light in the Box have done everything possible to avoid refunding me. When I left a one star review on another website they tried to bribe me into changing it to five stars.
This company is to be avoided at all costs. Please save yourself the pain of buying rubbish goods from them.
Very disappointed with the goods that took more than 3 weeks to receive it. It doesn't look any where closer to the pictures posted. They don't want to refund and offering a 10% discount. Don't touch them even with a barge pole. They do not have a place to get some help nor return policy services. Very bad material, bad stitching, I have left with a outfit that I would never wear in a million years... £62.38 is drown the drain! Please watch out for this website.

I had several shipment delays to be honest. But, the customer service was very responsive. You wont feel hanging. They always make sure they respond to your queries. They surprisingly initiated to offer several compensatory adjustments in forms of huge discounts and vouchers for any inconvenience and delays from their part.
I ordered a short sleeve shirt, supposed to have been Cotton, Button Down & patchwork.
What I received was blurred print polyester, not even the right colour.
The company is currently messing me about with the refund.
More & more of this sort of thing is happening when you buy online and these companies think it's funny to rip you off.
It's so much easier to go out and buy in person from a store. At least then you know what you're buying.

I ordered a replacement band for a Garmin Forerunner 35 watch. That is the correct part, as my original watch has that embossed right on the band. What they ship does not fit that watch, even though that is how they advertise it. There is no way to return or get refund outside of China, and now you are stuck with Google sending tons of ads from them!

This is a gamble if you happy and it works. But I order 2 sizes bigger as I knew the were going to be smaller then they say. Still two sizes to small. Cost of shipping back return is at least half of what you will have pay for you clothing. Future credit is only 10% (taking a second chance is just going to lose you more money. Buy somewhere else's.

It's a rip-off of sorts. First they tell you if you get the app, the prices are cheaper and they are. But shipping is expensive and per item, not calculated on total or by weight. Then they send an email telling you that you can add more items without additional shipping using website only and "Buy now" option. When you do that, the price will jump to triple and will be higher than the app price plus shipping. Also, the "free gift" for getting the app was put into the cart, and then all of the sudden not available anymore, but still for sale on the site. So you can make up your own mind about them being fraudulent.

Placed order 1/4/2024, today is 1/26/2024 and they say they're "processing my order". I have inquired several times asking why they took payment but did not ship my order. They keep moving the date then still don't ship the order. Now they emailed saying one of my items is no longer in stock and want me to pick something else! It's simple, if you're not going to send what I paid for then refund me! I get no response from them. My next move is to dispute this with PayPal or my bank to get my money back.

Light in the Box always responds to bad reviews with the exact same response but does not actually make any attempts to resolve issues.
The latest information on this is that the "DO" have this item but have raised the price by 475%. If I am willing to pay $172.99 for the same item, they advertised at $37.99 then suddenly they have it in stock.

I order a few things from this online store it's 3 months and still I haven't received my order. When requesting a full refund I was told I would only receive half of what was paid when in all of this they can't deliver on time. They hide behind email don't even have a contact number where this can be solved. When ordering it showed I would receive my package before Christmas and that never happened! Every time the delivery date changes and nothing gets delivered. Wondering if it will even fit when my little girl receives it.

It seems this package was shipped less than 2 months ago, and that you've chosen our most economical shipping method. Airmail packages usually take between 20-25 business days to be delivered. We are very sorry for this delay, since by now you should already have received the order. The logistic department told me it could take another 2-3 weeks before the package arrives in South Africa. As we find this delay quite unacceptable as well, my manager suggested the refund of this order and offer the dress and shoes for free. I think this is the least we can do to make up this mistake. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
