Mit der Qualität der betreffenden Ware bin ich angenehm überrascht und sehr zufrieden. Mit der Grösse gibt es öfters Probleme. So musste ich einiges verschenken weil es gemäss ihren Grösseangaben nicht gepasst hat (leider, schade).

After 1 order i tried to return. I was told not to return it to shipping. Okay get that but no address was supplied. Also was told to send to Asia. No address. Sent all of the first two orders taped together to the address that answered once in California. With a signed an receipt on acceptance. I didnt think their sizing was right.
I have 1 pkg to return. I do have 2 i ordered different sizes. I am hoping my credit card gets credited with in a reasonable amount of time. I do like your fabric options and style.

Some of these cotton or linen items have great styling and are offered at low prices. Communication is outstanding throughout the various stages of the shipping process.

We ordered a LED cable. Easy ordered and fast delivery. We only miss a VAT invoice, because we ordered for our company in the Netherlands.
Best site I've ever dealt with! They responded quickly and did not hesitate when I had a problem with one of about 6 or 7 items I ordered. I will definitely order from them again. I always thought reviews were fake until I did this one because I'm a real customer!
I've ordered some really wonderful shirts & blouses that are absolutely lovely and noth women & men have stopped me to compliment my choices of blouses or shirts. So if anyone wonders how to attract the eyes of a potential lover … buy one of these shirts, blouses. Recently, I sought to buy a dress and the order couldn't be fulfilled due to issues outside of their control. LightintheBox contacted me about before I knew there was a problem & offered me choices. That in my view of extraordinary customer service is extraordinary.
Articles I ordered looked good, unfortunately, the capri pants are huge. Ordered a medium and they would fit someone 100lbs heavier than I. Trying to find a way to return items is less than ideal - you have to really hunt and search on how to communicate about something - still searching.
Ordered items specifically that were listed with 3 to 5 day delivery. Been waiting several days. The site, until this morning listed my order as "pending" and "processing." My order still has not shipped. But I do have an approximate delivery date of about 8 to 10 days from now.
I, obviously? Have no idea about the quality of their items. But their shipping service is poor at best or down right dishonest.

I bought my wedding dress and it was actually better than in picture. Fixes were quite simple and fast to do. I then bought several other clothing and other items for the house, Shipping was always on time and they refund the duty fees thanks to a very cheap insurance they offer. Sizing sometime a bit off, but expected. When very off- more than 1 inch/ cannot fit situation- they offered refund. Sometime colors or prints are a bit off/low res. Check for items with review photos for safety;-)
I have ordered from them several times as I like the clothes. Every time I have the same problem and it takes forever to receive the product. For example, my last order was 3 weeks ago and still has not left their facility. Then plan on a couple more weeks after that. Just expect to wait 1-2 months to get anything.
They also keep adjusting their delivery or shipping time frame and it is impossible to contact customer support unless it is outside that time frame. No way to email them and no way to call them on a specific order. I should just cancel the orders but do like the clothes. They need a serious improvement in their shipping and customer support.

I've bought 6 dresses from Light in the Box to date. I have LOVED every single one of them (even one my daughter doesn't care for because it's a very splashy graphic print)! The fit is excellent, they're comfortable, and they are perfect for accessorizing up or down. I lived in the two denim maxi dresses I bought last summer--so much cooler than pants, and perfect for someone whose legs are starting to show their age (I'm 71). The only gripe I've ever had is that on one of the dresses, the overlap for the button front is just barely enough, and I wish it was a little more. Also, tracking your delivery is easy, and delivery is always on time. Thoroughly recommend!
No labels of any kind, very no name. Mystery cleaning will be involved... Colour good. Delivery quick enough, but the bombarding of offers, before it arrives, to buy more, is a put off. There is no way to contact the vendor, without having to put an unwanted app on your phone. Which is why I will be less inclined to re use this site.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
