I've ordered the same bags twice from the site. The first time, I ordered 4 bags and had to wait forever on the order because one of them was taking forever to process (back order possibly?), but they gave a discount due to the wait and once they shipped they arrived quickly. The second order I received the small bags when I ordered the large bags, and I am still waiting (and waiting and waiting…) on the correct bags to ship. The bags are super nice and the price was excellent, my only complaint is the shipping issues I've experienced.
I am a big guy. All items were ordered at 3 XL.I ordered some items for my daughter too. All came to small as well.
"Silky" tank tops are at least two sizes to small. One of the Hawaiian shirts didn't have a button eyelet so it's basically useless.The other one ( with the girls) is not 3XL which size I normally buy in the stores here.

Ordered two ladies polos. I sized up two additional sizes just hoping they would fit. Blousy would be ok even if too big. Garment price was acceptable, but not a real bargain.

Shirts ordered were a bright print which I anticipated, but the print on one shirt is way out of focus. Not a soft focus but a bad visual design, even for bold floral. I looked for return details but assumed it wasn't an easy process and I'd probably never get my payment back, would have to pay return shipping, etc so gave up on the idea of returning it. But definitely not an issue I could control, and I wouldn't have bought it if the photo had been accurate.
The second shirt was in focus and looks nice, but colors aren't really same as in picture. Again, won't return but not thrilled.
Had these been inexpensive then I could just live with it, but amount spent including shipping/fees was well more than I would have in a store.
Not sure if I'll be a future customer. High shipping and return policy are big deal breakers, so will just depend on the item.

I bought 4 polo shirts they look great, true fit. I wear a Large and they were a true fit. The only negative I would say with Liteinthebox is their shipping and handling is Ridiculous in pricing. I could find the same shirts and items with Temu and they have free shipping and handling all the time. That's a HUGE game changer. I've had lots of friends and family stopped shopping with you guys and went to Temu because of your outrageous shipping costs. I have scaled back shopping with ur site as well. I hope you either cut ur shipping to a regular locked in general free or wave it totally. Or even send repeat shoppers free shipping offers as a coupon to keep us..
I have tried shopping several times from the site and found that the items are of excellent quality and also with regard to delivery, it is fast. It would be preferable if the shipping prices were slightly reduced. Thank you.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
