Light in the box kept me informed the whole way through my order intially after i placed and order i was concerned it took awhile before my first order was shipped but as stated they emailed me updates and also could check on line and was very pleased with what i ordered product was fabric softer than i expected and considering the price of some of the items nice quality and resonable on the cost i would recommend this shipper only thing is the shipper charges are steep other than that very satisfied

I have ordered some shoes before, although the quality wasn't that great they worked for the summer. Bought a three dresses to size, they are tight and so short, one looks like a shirt. Trying to return them and I am just getting the run around. I just need the label for the returns, plain and simple.

I purchased the lilac mermaid trumpet cocktail dress #*******. It was SOOO cheaply made and did not fit correctly or lay as shown on website. This is a Chinese cheap company. You can not return or get a credit if the item is cheap or does not fit. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Was shopping here 3 times. It was clothes for man such as T-shirts,shorts,for woman hoodie and T-shirt,bag for travel,wig and Volcanic matting roller for face. The quality of clothes really very good and same as on picture,size little less as they indicated on table,so it would be good if you will order one size next than your in table. Bag came perfect,I m very glad. I m not satisfied only by wig. It was not same as on picture absolutely,so I don't recommend to buy wigs without real pictures. In other situations such as clothes,bags,rollers for face I recommend! Shipping is faster than another trading platforms was all 3 times. Also I think if you have a doubt to buy for example wig, write letter to seller that he will send real pictures how it looks like in reality, because wigs on another trading platforms I met really better not only because of price or variety, because there lot of real pictures of this.

I get an email that says my package was delivered to either my door or mail room. The problem is that I have no mail room and that I live on the 30th floor and the only way to put a package at my door is for me to buzz you in and or you need a fob to gain access to my floor. No picture taken. I don't even think there was even a package. Looking at all the reviews for this company and there are hundreds that say the same as me that the package says delivered but there was no package. Total scam website do not order from them! They say to check with the delivery company first but that information is no where. Also this site claims to use DSL couriers but they don't. Can't find anywhere to contact courier company anywhere! SCAM-SCAM-SCAM

So far most of my experiences have been really good. From the start, it took awhile to get ordered items shipped. Over recent weeks, I have noticed and improvement. One suggestion I would give is that before posting products for sale, make sure the sizes are posted or correct. Some products have no conversion charts and some have the same measurements for each size. For example, in women's clothing I will see Bust: 55 under Small, Medium, Large, XL, XXL. Etc.
