I would purchase a tremendous amount more from this company. However, the processing and shipping times are respectfully: absolutely horrendous. One time I actually received a previously ordered order after I received a new order I just placed. They really need to seriously fix this aspect of their business.
I was quite pleased with this dress! I love the color and how it fit! It is perfect for summer wear and one can either wear it dressy or as casual wear! It was also delivered early, which is another bonus to buying this dress! Thank you, Charlene

I did not clearly read return policy found other amazing sites all of which give you at least 14 days for a full return. Light in the box only gives yo 30% of what you paid. My mistake for not reading 😞 just know buyers there are some wonderful sites out there that will and they have faster shipping beautiful clothes and returns.

So many of the items I've purchased fit and look quite different than the picture of said item. Tops are usually cut quite wide...not shapely like the advertised version. Pants are either too big or too small and I have ended up giving away SO many items...tops and bottoms. And yes, I check each and every items size guide. Sleeves are wider than pictured, v necks are not as low cut...I have a LOT of items that need adjusting with my sewing machine. Yes the prices are great but you never really know if the item is going to fit YOU properly or at all. Even when you're supposed to allow 1-2 cm mistakes. I've decided not to bother ordering anymore clothes.

The products are absolutely 💯 great quality. Love the color, style and most than everything costumer service experience was great, although the swim trunk is much shorter than expected.

All orders except pants were OK. Two out of three pants, that I ordered according to the size guide, were two sizes larger from the size I wear, and I even ordered one size smaller. Example, I ordered a size 40 for my 100cm waist and the one arrived is 107cm. Both are unusable. The pants size guide has nothing to do with the real size of what they sell. T-shirts are OK.
I have been having the WORST experience with LightInABox. Whatever you do pay a few dollars more elsewhere and DO NOT buy from them. Horrible customer service experience, tons of costs, inefficient returns.

I was impressed by the accuracy of your delivery time. I received my parcel right on time at a very low postage fee.
I recently purchased two XL shirts from LightInThe Box and only one of them fit correctly. I completed a questionnaire and advised of the issue. However, instead of offering to exchange the shirt for another size I received a $.80 credit towards a future purchase. That was total BS and I will not purchase from them again.

They have a large variety of products, the quality is usually very good and the prices are incredible.
I purchased 2 new shirts and they arrived on time and were packaged well. The fit is very good and they look quite stylish!
Wie meistens gute Qualität, Reklamationen werden zügig bearbeitet, Rücksendungen werden bei anderen Wettbewerbern einfacher bearbeitet.
There is a little issue with the sizes, they do not match the European sizes, in Europe I have size Small, where as in the LightinThebox my best sizes are Large or even Large
Ik heb in november 115 euro nog wat betaald voor 6 of 7 korte broeken heel mooi met opdruk en nu 3 maanden later nog niets binnen ik denk dat ik mijn geld kwijt ben en de broeken nooit meer krijg.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
