Nejsou zde žádné zbytečné průtahy, reklamace se vyřizují naprosto profesionálně. Chybí mi snad jen podrobnější popis materiálu, ze kterého je zboží vyrobeno ( jde především o oblečení), aby si mohl člověk udělat alespoň trochu představu. Jinak za mě SUPER.

I ordered 10 shirts and a belt and they all came in fit-to-size correctly. Material they are made of varies but are all great. One shirt the seams aren't sewn well in like 5 places - not their fault, but I got check into that situation vs a tailor repair on them. Beautiful styles and color too!

A sweatshirt is a warm shirt of cotton fleece - not a silky polyester.
I did not look past the description to the overview as the sweatshirt wording indicated what to expect/
I cannot return except to Asia with a cost of return as high as the refund. Not good customer service.
