I paid a very high price for clothings that i assumed it will be good for cold XMas period to discover it's light and not Suitable
...after order several article the communication of the order process was perfect. Also delifery was fast enough. The articles themselves are also very cool and maybe there will be a next order in the future.

Paid for a pair of Cargo Shorts on May 30th. They said it was delivered on June 28th. Problem is, I never got it as it was delivered to the wrong address. PayPal refuses to refund my money. Stay away from LightInTheBox and PayPal.

Delivery was quicker than expected. Delivery man was really polite and caring.
Wow customer service is outstanding. The product is top quality. The colors are beautiful, do not fade or bleed onto other cloths when laundered. The fabric is absolutely wonderful. From the dryer does not come out wrinkled. I have 8 shirts love them all. If you have a ladies senior tummy order up a size.
Everything was in a timely manner and I live very far in Cabo San Lucas and I got it within about 10 days which is phenomenal. Love this company love the prices.
I'm quite satisfied with my purchase but the item arrived unexpectedly with Amazon
I ordered two separate shipments from LightInTheBox as gifts for my wife. The combined orders totaled $3,276.67 pesos. They were given to her about 10 days after delivery and unfortunately for various reasons she did not like about 80 % of the clothes. They were unused and in their original shipping bags, so I tried to return them. I was surprised at the refusal to accept a return.
At first LightInTheBox refused to authorize the return because more that 14 days had past. I argued that 14 days is not enough time when giving a gift on a specific date and told them to cancel my account.
Only then did they relent and tell me that they do not offer return labels for merchandise sent back but I could sent the clothes back at my own expense. The other limitation besides me paying was that I must send them through the postal service but not an express carrier.
I had already taken pictures of everything and packed them ready to ship so took them to the main post office in Puebla, Mx. There I was told the least expensive cost to return the items to LightInTheBox was just over $2600.00 pesos! This was less than any expected credit I would receive from LightInTheBox so I would come out ahead just disposing the clothes locally.
Temu, AliExpress and Shein are much more customer service oriented and on the few items I have ever had to return, they were prompt in handling the return. I have deleted the LightInTheBox app from my phone and will never use or recommend them to anyone in the future. I would advise using a different merchandiser such as Temu, AliExpress ot Shein

Answer: Dont buy anything from this site. The picture is good, the object quality is garbage. You will be cheated and loose you money.
Answer: You NEVER get your money back... dont use them. I am amazed this company is allowed to trade, I am sure we have law's against this kind of practise.
Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. It' up to you to take the risk.
Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
