Several of the orderes that I made in that past were very disappointing. The articles were completely different from what I saw in the description. Especially it was about the products described as "made of cotton" that were not even 1% of cotton! That was a simply lie. I checked on the product later and the lie was still not corrected, despite my immediate review for warning others. That's dishonesty!
Customer pays returned shipping back to Asia. It takes 2-6 weeks and likely cost more vs. the product. Do not buy from this company with expectation that you'll be able to return the product for a refund. Furthermore, the material of the shirt was very cheap.

I will never ever purchase clothing from this company again! Do not explain terms at all. I ordered a medium size and I was told I could not return because it was custom made! Will not return the cost but will give you a 40% Coupon to purchase again or 20% refund. I chose the 20% but then said offer expired!

Like the sweater I received, but coloring was off. Top looks blue, not the gray I thought I ordered. Planned to wear with gray pants and jacket, but only makes top look more blue than gray. Disappointed.

I bought several items from lightning in a box, two jackets I bought one has cowboy on the front the other has designs on it. Nice jackets but they run small. Also the red jacket with cowboy on the front came to me with stains on the shoulders. The shirt I ordered black shirt round neck low cut. That's not the shirt I got it seems that you order something and you do not get what you order. Lightning in the Box to check with their production because they're not sending out the items as ordered!. More than likely I will not order anything else from lightning in a box. Because either is too small not true the size you order or you don't get what you order and it takes forever to receive it. So imagine your order something you wait forever to get it and it's not what you ordered or it has stains on it which you cannot get out because the material is so thin that if you rub it too hard it's going to tear that's literally how this is gone for me. I'm not a complainer I just wanted to let people know that if it's dealing with similar situations that I'm dealing with with lightning in a box please write a review and let them know because the production company that sends items out to customers they're not paying attention to what they're sending and they're sending the wrong items I've gotten two things that I did not order from them. So I will not be using lightning in the Box again cuz I'm not happy with the stain jacket and the orders that I did not receive that I asked for instead they sent me something that I didn't want. Sending it back well try your luck with that.

Trimmer works great as advertised haven't used camera yet. Everything arrived on time and in excellent condition.

The delivery was so quick. I ordered a long robe with a zipper, which is hard to find these days. It was exactly what I wanted, love the color, and it's so thick. So happy & now I will be cozy and warm for the winter.
So, I really need pants, yes? I guess I could have asked the stores out here to size me but I bus a lot and often can't afford the clothes they offer me, so I tried online. The 4XL and 5XL pants fit me like a large and (maybe) X-Large, which is 3-4 sizes too small for me. Guess I really can't trust them. Most of the shirts in the same size fit, but two are a little tight.

My husband (a physician) was sent 2 women's dresses from LightInTheBox which were never ordered by us - especially as he does not wear dresses and they were not a size he nor I would wear. The company told us the steps to return the items which we followed to the detail. They have refused to refund the money (just under $300) and with a return postage of $80. We have the proof of return but very difficult to deal with a backstreet warehouse in China with both a language barrier and sub-standard technology. We want everyone thinking of using this company to reconsider before ordering. You will be extremely disappointed with the quality and especially any post-care issues should you need to return or exchange.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
