I was wrong about this Company who have offered excellent customer service, good communication and a practical resolution with a full refund for a quality garment that is slightly different in colour to that of photograph. I would now have renewed confidence in them.
Ordered 4 items of tracksuit cost me £59.68 including postage. End result - refunded £21.97 and got to keep the cheap tat. Lessons learnt – check location of orders, returns policy before order item
Items were faulty, loose stitching and poor quality and below standard
I did check location quickly and saw a London address and assumed that where items were coming from and also noted delivery postage cost was £10.80.
When I realised they were coming from China I had my fingers crossed.
On receiving and checking items felt scammed, on attempting to return items found out it was my responsible and postage to china was almost twice as much as initially postage cost.
I noted the return to on the package was a London address if the package was unable to be delivered. Yet I had to return it to China.
The below where the options given to me:
We would like to propose the following offers which may be more beneficial and practical than a return:
A) Keep the item and receive a reward of 30% of the product's value.
B) Keep the item with a refund of 10% of the product's value.
I refused and so was offered:
A) Keep the item and receive a reward of 60% of the product's value.
B) Keep the item with a refund of 50% of the product's value.
I choose the refund 50% less hassle.
Customer service was really good in dealing with this matter, looks like they're done this before.

Delivery received quick and no problems. Only problem I have is the sizes and the material.
And the lenght of some items. But other than that i am satisfied and will work something out.
I waited for almost 3 months to receive the order, yet I suppose this had to do with the unfavourable conditions related to the pandemic, plus the Christmas period which is traditionally furious in terms of traffic.
Nevertheless, the staff was very soothing and suggested patience. At least the item I ordered was worth it!
This is my second purchase from Lightin the Box.
This time my item came with minor damage. The packaging was totally crushed.
I looked everywhere for a black skirt for my mother. It had to be black, pretty and just the right "midi" length. The one I found here was a pretty, light material with a full skirt and tiny pleats. It fitted her perfectly and she loved it.
I would like to say I was very happy with my experience with Lightin the box. Goods exactly as pictured in ads. Delivery times was 6 weeks not 3, but due to Covid19 I wasn't surprised. Shipping cost a bit high though.
I ordered 5 times on this site. I received 3 orders with quality products. I had to ask for a change in the measure, which I did. For the products that were no longer in stock, my money was returned very promptly. I will continue to choose products from this site.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
