I like the products most of them are polyester, but the colors are vivid on almost everything I've ordered. Almost all the sizes have been true to US sizes. However I'm so nervous about the processing and shipping at the holidays. They always do arrive, but they are coming from China and it takes sometimes a couple weeks to process. Then they have to pass their customs and ours. They tend to sit at our customs for usually over, or at least a week while awaiting pick up before they move in USPS system. If they rush it DHL. I've tried to order at least early November, just to make sure Christmas styled clothing gets here in time to wear them before Christmas.
No idea what the points are for. I've written three times to ask.

Prices on the site vary widely but are rising rapidly. There are currently lots of great deals and really good merch mixed with some pure junk and a fair bit of deceptive photography that makes things appear better and bigger than they really are. Check the size of all items as even clothing sizing varies quite a bit. Overall it's a very good but be careful about what you buy.
I ordered a sweater and dress a size up because I wanted a loose look like the pictures, however, they fit me "just right". I like the style, but wish it was bigger. I normally wear a size medium and purchased large. I should have gotten extra large. I wanted to exchange it, but never got a response.
Bought the snow print pants, along with the snow print jacket. Both are lovely the colors are vivid and the jacket is plush and warm. The pants are a good fit, despite the guess work of the sizing chart. The pant material is a thin polyester, so not warm at all.
Quick efficient turn around shipping product. Lots of various things to choose from. Sizes are close in there description, depends on the item. Overall very happy with everything.

Ein Teil der Ware war OK.
Für defekte Ware (Uhr) wurde Ersatz geschickt.
Sowohl die defekt gelieferte Uhr und auch die als Ersatz gelieferte Uhr war nicht in dem Design wie bestellt.
Die Versandkosten waren sehr hoch.
Da gibt es noch eine Reihe an Dingen die unbedingt verbessert werden müssen:
Auf meine zweite Nachricht kam überhaupt keine Antwort zurück.
Auch sind einige Funktionen nur durch installieren der App möglich.
So etwas geht in meinen Augen gar nicht.
Das können andere Versender aus China besser.
Wenn die beanstandeten Mängel behoben werden und der Versand bei mehreren Artikeln nicht teurer wird, kann man LightInTheBox weiterempfehlen.

I bought a dinosaur liter from Light in the box when I received it, it was wrapped in two boxes. The outer box was in perfect condition when I opened it for the inside box. It was the original box of the toy, and it had three intentions in it, so I contacted the light in the box and asked them if that was going to affect it, and they replied " We assure you that there will be no problem". The problem with that is this is Christmas time and at my business we have created a theme for needy children and I have taken on a 2 1/2 year-old that I will not get to see or hear how they enjoy their present so I will be available to make sure that it works now I have to give the toy to someone that I can be around to make sure that their toy works or get them another toy so that's why I was hoping that would respond with telling me they would exchange it, but they did not they just want me to take the defected box and possibly defected toy to a child that I don't know and don't get to see how their Christmas ends up so I am not happy with the response nor happy with the product Security

Received my order. Clothes I ordered were of poor fabric quality. I requested a return and after several back and forth emails I received an okay to return. I was told it would cost $40.00. The post office said it was going to cost $100.00. They do not offer return labels. Now I am out over $200.00 for some junk. Never again what a rip off. Back to MADE IN AMERICA!

The workmanship and fabric quality of the clothing leaves much to be desired. I've ordered at least six shirts from them and will definitely not be ordering any more. Most of the clothing pictures seem to be computer generated because the actual products I received looked very different from what is shown on the website (which look very nice.) Pattern matching between parts of a shirt, for example, as shown in the pictures is poorly executed on actual products. Even the apparent texture of the fabric in the pictures is misleading.
They also select only the favorable reviews to publish - with one or two average ones to give the impression they publish all reviews. Out of the five or six product reviews I have written they published only one which I gave four stars. All other two and three star reviews remain unpublished. I complained about this to them but got nowhere.

I have ordered multiple times from Light In the Box. Products range from good quality to poor quality. I would order from them again. I paid for the Gold Membership so the low shipping costs for the orders make up for the amount of money I lost for poor quality products. Return shipping to China is cost prohibitive.

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment.
