The shirt is not even remotely close to how it looks in the picture. The picture shows it longer and with sparkles on the wine glass and it calls it a t shirt. The material, the size and the description are terrible. I will never ever order again from light in the box

I saw the Christmas men's shirts and was instantly excited. I'd never seen that selection or the designs etc. gave a whole new interest level in Christmas clothes. I followed the measurement guide. Made one order just to try it out. Got my shirt a little better than stated for delivery time and it fit as per the size guide.
I love the unique line of designs.
I then ordered more. Waiting for them now. Excited to show them off.
Shopping through light in the box is very interesting.

I place an order. It arrived after about three weeks. The Henley shirt was perfect. The jacket-not so good. The sleeves were too short. To return the item, I had to send it to China versus the New Jersey warehouse where it came from. The cost was about the same as the cost of the jacket. Customer service is good, but the return policy...not so good.
Everything came in in a timely manner exactly what I ordered no problems

Recently, I noticed this new online store called Light in the Box. One Christmas shirt has attracted me and I bought it. Until my purchase delivery, I was notified many times by emails about shipping and delivery progress. This made me feel good about this company and it gave me confidence that my parcel will be delivered in time.
So far I have eventually received all items I have ordered, but a couple I had issues with that didn't show up when they were supposed to!
Company did call me directly about one order and asked if I had received it? Which I hadn't and they shipped the order again and I finally got it. Another order I checked the tracking number and I got a message from the Post Office that the shipping label was counterfeit and the order I was getting was seized by the Post Office and I wouldn't get the item.
I attempted to contact Light in the box about this issue and I couldn't get through to anyone from the company and left me to wonder if I ever get my order or not? Eventually the item I ordered did show up though!
Only issue I have with this company is there's no easy way to reach out and talk to anyone from this company. You have to take it on faith your items you ordered will eventually show up! Maybe the company will call you and check to see if you received the order eventually as well? Like I said, so far I have got all the orders I have bought eventually! The company seems to be honest at least, they just need to work on their customer service issues where customers can actually reach them when there's a problem! Other than that, I have no complaints!

Bad issue is there does not seem to be any way to contact this company yourself? If you haven't received an item their system won't allow you to talk to anyone about any issues you may have? For example one item I checked with the tracking number came up with a message from the Post Office stating the shipping label was counterfeit and my order was seized by the Post Office and I wouldn't receive the item. If this company had an easy way to contact them, I would gladly recommend this company. But with no way to contact them if you have a problem? It can make you very nervous if you're going to get a order you paid for or not, when you find a problem and you're order hasn't showed up and you can't ask this company what's going on? Especially when the tracking number comes up saying the shipping label was counterfeit! Whether it was or not, I have no idea? But light in the box did ship the order again and I did finally receive it!
Company seems to least be honest and tries to get orders to customers. They just need to have a way for customers to easily contact the company when problems arise!
I am very satisfied with the quality of the products I purchased. Delivery was a bit slow but tis the season.
I had to go by my self to take ************** and ************** orders due to long delay. Dont use Taxydromiki again please. Otherwise all OK. Thank you.

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
