Became Lifepoints after merging My Survey and Global Test Market together. Great site. Easy to use. Fun surveys. Good amount of points.
I like life points. They have been a good site. I have been doing durvey with them for going on 4or 5 months. No complaits.
I have twice now missed out on points I am very disappointed at the in-action from My Survey to attend to my complaint.
As someone who used LifePoints for several years I never had any problems until a week ago when I decided to redeem $40, a few days afterwards I wasn't able to log in anymore. I sent them a message to find out what is going on.
To my surprise I received an email back saying that there was a technical issue with my vouchers and they had to refund my points.
Also in that email they stated they did a review of my account and said I had violated there terms and conditions.
I've always given honest answers in the surveys I've done so was extremely confused, I send them a message through their contact us part.
I received an automated reply 20 minutes later to say that my problem had been escalated for review (amazing how quickly they were able to review it). Where they then stated that I had violated their terms and conditions.
It further stated
1. My account has been closed
2i lost all my points (nearly $50 worth)
3. They refuse to provide any proof or evidence of what I'm alleged to have done wrong.
4. They usually side with members (never did in my case) but there was overwhelming evidence against me
5. My account is terminated and to have a great day.
I then decided to look up reviews of LifePoints to discover all these other people with the same issues as of late. In these messages I saw LifePoints replied and said to contact them and raise a tickeT for investigation. So I thought I'll do that and see what happens.
I received a response within an hour again (such quick responses) with the EXACT SAME response word for word that I received earlier that day.
So your complaints are not even investigated or taken seriously. You get auto responses with the same text. I'm looking forward to see LifePoints auto response to this review to say to contact them with all my info so they investigate it.
Then I can get the same automated response for a 3rd time
So in summary sure they are ok to use for a little while but after awhile they just randomly terminate your account strip you of all your points and never investigate just give you automated responses. If this is something that appeals to you then sure go ahead and use them.

Earned more than enough for £15 PayPal voucher which I submitted to be redeemed, and now surprise surprise, my account has been deactivated for "violating the terms". I emailed back asking for proof and what do you know? They don't respond. When you are taking the time to fill in surveys to help bring in a little bit of money to help your financial situation and then they screw you over.

*UPDATE*
Two complaints have been raised - still no response. Because LifePoints have written to their members stating that they are in violation of the terms, not only is this defamation of character, but they are putting themselves in the position for potential libel action. I have advised LifePoints that they need to resolve this issue as I may have to seek legal advice. Any members in the same position, look at stating this in your complaint and hopefully they'll pull their finger out and rectify the situation. Will update you if/when I get a response

This is an update on my last post on LifePointsPanel. My first post was about how my account was blocked and I have been trying to contact LifePointsPanel to tell me why they blocked my account to no avail. Benjamin am not sure who he is to LifePointsPanel responded to my post and advised me to email them again using sitereview as my heading which i did. They actually responded but what shocked me the most was the reason i got to my account being blocked. I was told that i had failed some security questions when I was registering in 2019. They did some security checks and the information i provided while registering on their website failed some security checks. Shocking, i was speechless i could not believe what i was reading, it felt like my eyes were playing tricks on me. I replied to their email asking them while wasn't the security checks done before accepting me onto their website when i did registered. While did they wait until when i had qualified to redeem by bonus before doing te security checks and blocking my account. How did they accept me on their site for more than two years and have been sending me surveys to complete, only to block my account now with such a lame excuse. Weren't they supposed to do security checks before accepting people on their platform and before sending them surveys. Unfortunately up to now i have not received any answers to these questions. Its like offering someone a job and when its time to pay their wages you say you can't pay them because they failed their interview when they were coming in. Thats exactly what LifePointsPanel is saying to me. This is grossly unethical and a reap off. How can they accept people on their platform to compete surveys and then block their accounts once they qualify to redeem their bonuses.

I have been with LifePointsPanel for more than a year and everything was fine. I have been receiving and completing surveys with no issues. Last month just when my points were enough for me to redeem my reward i discovered i could not access my account anymore. Every time i try logging in to my account it will say my account is temporarily unavailable that I should contact the help centre for support. So i did and they got back to me saying its because they were not taking in new members i don't even know what that means. I replied to the email telling them that I wasn't signing up that i was already a member and have been with LifePointsPanel for more than a year and that the email i was using to communicate with them was the same email i used to sign up on the LifePointsPanel platform. The person replied and said ok and that was it. Since then i have written to them five times and have never gotten any response. My account is still blocked and have no idea as to why they blocked it. So all my time completing surveys for over a year has gone in vain.
Gift cards only :) liferlounts isnt a bad site but it takes 4-6 weeks for a gift card. No walmart cards.

Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
