They deleted my account without telling me that and when I asked what I did I didn't get any explanation. This is a big SCAM!

A great easy to use survey site, offers a constant flow of surveys of various values. Can't recommend LifePoints enough.

Lifepoints a wide variety of surveys, some are pretty fun to answer and they are all a rewarding experience
I have been a member for many years, since global test market days and up until recently nothing too negative to report. Until this issue, I have always redeemed points for vouchers and there has never been a problem. Until I connected my PayPal account and requested funds. I had accumulated over 80 000 points worth over $700 AUD over months and many hours. Not having used PayPal before, I decided to redeem $300AUD and make sure it all went through fine. This occurred with no problems so I then proceeded to redeem the additional $ 400. This is where the problems surfaced. I now see this has happened to so many others. As you can view the redemption went through and according to notification was being processed with funds to be in my PayPal account within 5 days. I went to log onto the Lifepoints site a couple of days later and could not, messaged the help centre and then came the response I have as per the T&C been deactivated. I have been completing surveys for over a decade with this company and never had an issue or claim that I was answering in anyway but honestly, until now. Message the help centre and dispute this action only to receive the attached message. Have continuously tried to get answers but to no avail. To get that amount of $ I would have completed well over 500 surveys and no issue! Not to mention, I would think thousands of completed surveys over the years. Go to cash out and there is all of a sudden a problem with my responses and integrity apparently. Something is not right! So be aware you might go fine for an extended period of time but there is every possibility that they will deactivate you without warning or regard and take whatever you have EARNED in the meantime. Offer no legitimate reason and will not give one when asked. I wonder if the companies that this organisation represent would feel that Lifepoints is acting with integrity?

Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
Answer: I never felt this as a scam since I have already recieved my gift cards in a short span of time.
