Been a member for many years and can honestly say it is a great survey site. Regular interesting surveys, great payouts and often, Hassle free,
They have a nice selection of rewards compared to other survey sites. And you can choose your survey depending on how much time you have.
This company is a scam. After having more than ******* points they canceled my membership for no reason! Delete it it's a SCAM!

I answer all of the questions, but my answers seem not to be acceptable to them. Rarely do I get enough points to make this worth my time.

We are sorry you've been screened out of some surveys while in due course.
Some surveys require only a limited number of responses per category, for example, from a region or age group. Sometimes the number of participants needed for a certain survey is reached very quickly and we are forced to close the survey as soon the quota is reached.

Great survey site to make a little extra! They have plenty of interesting surveys. They also have several ways to cash out including PayPal.
I use a number of survey sites including LifePoints. I have great ratings with all of these sites and have not had any complaints about the responses I have provided. I was in the middle of a survey on LifePoints, when I was kicked out and I got a message that my account had canceled... WITH NO EXPLANATION! I reached out to LifePoints Support Team to if they could help to get my account reinstated. The support team would send canned emails that did not give me any explaination of what happened. Finally I got a canned response that they didn't like my responses and there was nothing more they could do. I am fine if they do not want me to use LifePoints anymore, it was a subpar site that is not as good as the other surveys sites that I use. The problem I have is that they canceled my account without letting me redeem all the points that I have earned... THAT'S ILLEGAL! The least they could do is let me redeem the points that I had already earned. I would highly recommend staying away from LifePoints or the same thing could happen to you. I know that my responses were good and I did not use any language that was unprofessional. The only reason I am giving LifePoints 1 star, is because they will not allow no stars.

Interesting surveys and good rewards offered good survey site to give your point of view and get rewarded
Surveys are varied, reasonable rewards, certainly better than the previous provider. Some surveys are too detailed and?'s repetitive.
THIS SITE IS ORRIBLE, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR IT, LONG SURVEYS AND WHEN YOU GET CLOSE TO THE 1100 POINTS, THEY MAKE IT VERY HARD FOR YOU TO CASH IT IN, SORRY COSTUMER SERVICE...
Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
Answer: I never felt this as a scam since I have already recieved my gift cards in a short span of time.
Answer: Typically it may take upto 5 days for the PayPal to transfer the amount to your account. One thing you have to note that the e-mail for the LifePoints account and PayPal account should be the same, which I faced due to which some delay happened to me.
