It wasn't valid on my purchases. I am a dog enthusiast and have bought many tees from the company but I am out.
I ordered 3 shirts, which I have never found issues with, but after I paid $16.00 extra for 2 day delivery, I received email order copy that stated shirts may take 5-10 business days. I understand, but don't take extra shipping cost if you know you won't make the 2 day delivery. I have contacted twice and have not received a reply. I ordered the shirts on Tuesday, June 16 after 2:00 p.m. which means order goes out the next day. I would assume that if sent out on the 17th, then 2 day air would be the 19th, which would have been Friday. Came in on June 23.
I ordered a hoodie. After 2 washes the front decor on the front was peeling off. I contacted customer service and they were rude and did not believe me. It was an awful experience. I sent photos and finally they sent another hoodie after 2 washes the front wording and picture are peeling off. I did not put it in the dryer this time. I have other sweatshirts with logos that I have washed and dried so many times and this has never happened. This is the worst quality and customer service I have ever experience.
I also have never complained before about a product. This company is so bad!
The customer service people simply dont care. I checked on order and they were not able to provide shipping date after 5-7 days period.
I canceled the order, received no confirmation, called again and I was told would be 7-10 days.
Just from the conversation with the customer service you can just tell THEY DONT CARE.

After 9 months, the coating is worn off. No warranty! They stand behind NOTHING! Never again will we buy ANYTHING from them. POOR quality and NO Customer Service.

I ordered a really cool tee shirt as a gift for my sister. I patiently waited and waited for the shipping confirmation but every time I checked my order status it read "processing". Finally I called and the sales associate informed me it was out of stock. I said it wasn't when I ordered it and she responded that it must have gone out of stock within the hour of me ordering it. No one informed me? Shouldn't I have been told? She said sometimes that happens. Wow - really? Very disappointed
I have purchased over 100 items from Life Is Good, mostly tshirts, but also sweatshirts, sleep pants, caps, totes, mugs, blankets, beach towels, and dog bowls, collars and leads. I have only had one issue with quality, which Life Is Good handled immediately. My problems is with the recent batch of emails that I have received about the latest sale fo Buy 2 Tshirts, Get 1 Free. I purchased 3 tshirts and the only thing I received was free shipping and an offer at check out to purchase a specific woman's tshirt for 50% off, when I wasn't even buying women's clothing. My computer went through all of the available coupons at check out and the shipping was the only one that applied. This has left a bad taste in my mouth; amounts to Bait & Switch false advertising, and as such, I will no longer be shopping at Life Is Good.
These shirts are not made until ordered. Don't expect to receive your product any time soon after ordering. If purchasing as a gift this is a big deal.
I ordered 2 shirts 3 weeks ago and they sent an email saying it was delivered and it never was. They refused to refund me or resend my order. This company is a rip off. Don't waste your time.
I have been trying to reach customer service for 3 days. Been on hold for over an hour again today. Emailed them and no response. This is the last time I will buy anything from them.
I ordered 3 t-shirts, and received them as promised. Although they were all very, very big, I figured one of my kids could use them. I always wash shirts before I wear them. One of the shirts was red. Since I was worried about it fading on other clothes, I put it in the water first. There was so much Suds coming out of it, I thought something was wrong with my washing machine. I ran it through the complete cycle, by itself twice, and was still getting suds. I finally washed it, put it through two more Cycles, and got almost clear water. 5 complete Cycles on my washing machine for one t-shirt. Today I put the other two in to see what would happen. Two shirts, twice as much suds. They have now been through the complete wash cycle and rinse cycle 3 times. I am still getting suds, even though I have added no washing detergent. Has anyone else had this problem? What do they put in these shirts that makes them Suds like this? I do not think I will order t-shirts again. I am wasting so much water.
I ordered 2 T-shirts as gifts for friends to be mailed to THEM under separate orders. They were EACH supposed to go to my friends and both of their addresses were provided under separate orders, as well as a note for each gift card. What happened? BOTH t-shirts came to me instead. Then I called customer service, and I am stuck talking to someone in Asia and although friendly, the result was completely unacceptable. They want me to cancel the orders and start all over! WTH? THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO GET IT TOGETHER!
Life is Good t-shirts are poor quality. They stretch out at the neck and lose their shape. They are way over priced for the quality. More like a $7 flea market shirt.
Love the designs but the shirts leave a lot to be desired. You would think that at that price they would last more than 3 or 4 washings. I have more of them in my rag bag than in my closet.
I ordered an item at the beginning of July. I received another person's order with their packing slip. The package was addressed to me but the items and packing slip inside belonged to someone else. I have been on hold 4 different times waiting in a long cue for a service representative. One day after being on hold 3 hours (no exaggeration) I was then given only the option to leave my phone number. I started at position 28 and got to 1 only to be hung up on. I have sent 4 emails and no return email received. I have left my phone number and no return phone call. I even wrote a post on the FB page... NOTHING. I'm going to dispute the charges on my credit card to get my money back since the item I ordered is lost somewhere and I can't get an answer. I work in a service industry as well and even through Covid and shutdowns, we provide customer service by answering phone calls and emails. This is unacceptable. I love Life is Good products and have ordered in the past but I think I have learned my lesson this time.

Tracking for package was not updated in a timely manor. It took 10 days for it to leave their facility.
The fit is terrible... collar too loose. Sleeves too long and the cuffs are awful... I gave them many chances but no more. I love Jake and rocket but the shirts suck.
