I love the design on these shirts-especially now! I have called customer service on 2 occasions. Both times I was on hold for less than 3 minutes. The person(s) I talked to totally resolved my issue. This is a company that stands by its product. If you have a problem, or question, call them! Don't just complain online. They work hard to resolve the issue. I also love the donation that they make! Life is Good! Enjoy these awesome products!

Don't expect to get help from customer service. Waited 2 1/2 hours on the phone to get an answer to a question. Started out at number 21. When I was #1 I was only give any option to leave my call back number so they could call me back "shortly." It's been 24 hours and no call. If you take the design somewhere and have it printed... do so.

Quality issue
November 13, 2022

I have loved life is good tshirts for a couple of decades and kept the same shirts for years and they only got better. Mor comfortable and softer. In the past few years the quality has gone downhill! The shirts are getting holes from regular wear and washing. One of them after the third washing there were so many holes the sleeve was barely there. Too bad. I really like their message and pics on their shirts. The hats are still great though

Big let down
October 23, 2021

The only reason I gave 2 stars is the customer service reps were nice. I've ordered so much over the years. The tracking and communication have never been great but we're tolerable. However, I've been waiting over 3 weeks for my package. I've contacted the company 3 emails, one Chat and 3 phone calls. My order is ready and in a warehouse. The company says it's redoing their system and there have been delays. The irony is I actually made a more recent purchase and received it promptly. The order that is to be a gift is in the warehouse zone of hell.
I understand things happen, but this is utterly ridiculous and unprofessional and my last order.
Update. Due to technical difficulties my shipment was delayed. However, Life is Good, has stepped up and compensated me, beyond my expectations. Because of their actions and standing by their product and services I commend them. Thank you! I encourage people to do business with this company. They stand by their services. Wonderful!

I bought 2 shirts that were too big for me. I went to their return site the day I received the shirts and it said my order was not returnable. I tried calling them... was on hold for over an hour and finally left my number to call back. No call! I emailed them several times and no response! Horrible customer service. Will never recommend to anyone!

I personally love the fit, look, impressive variety of colours and designs, and quality of these 100% cotton tee shirts and other clothing. I've only had good experiences with this company. Shipping to Canada isn't cheap, but it's fast and dependable. And any defective shirts have been immediately replaced by new ones by the friendly customer service staff. In the age of COVID-19, I would expect shipping delays with my packages, and fewer customer service folks in the office. The only thing I could fault this company with is omitting the less-than-favourable online reviews of their products.

I've been a customer of Life Is Good probably for 20 years and not once have I ever had a problem. They really have it together. I had to make a recent return and my credit was posted to my credit card account in less than a week. A wonderful business.

7/21/20: I have been ordering T-shirts for the past couple of months because of the hot, hot Florida weather here. Ordering them was easy, but tracking them and receiving them was a nightmare. Customer Service was anything but good! Tried to email. Tried to call. But today, I received a call back from customer service! Jen helped me out. She was wonderful! I got everything straightened out with her. So please, don't give up! Life is good is good!. L. Halliday

I've been wearing Life is Good t-shirts for 20+ years. They are of good quality and they last. What has gotten worse and worse over the years is their selection of women's shirts-- the colors are SO limited and limiting, and the pictures and sayings have become ridiculous pablum. Why are the men's shirts more interesting and clever in substance and varied in colors? Why would something as simple as a t-shirt be so gender-coded by a company that pretends to be progressive? And why doesn't anyone who works there noticing this on their own?

I have been buying Life is Good t-shirts and sleeveless tank tops for several years with no complaints until this past year or two. I need new tank tops and was prepared to buy quite a few to last the warmer months. Living in FL means 10 months per year. To my dismay and disappointment, all the tank tops were "high Low" bottom hems that many women really dislike. If you are trying to cover up your below the waist-to-crotch abdomen and your buttocks, these shirts might be OK. But for women who don't want to wear "butt-flap" or "beetle-butt" or "cockroach butt-shell" tops to cover our bodies that we have no reason to cover, the least you could do is offer choices of "high-low" or square hems like the t-shirts. Our local seamstress shops thank you because they have been making a fortune as women bring the shirts in for alterations to level the bottom hems at $15 per shirt. For stores that sell t-shirts and tank tops at $7 to $20, it may be affordable and worth it but Life Is Good tank tops are too expensive to pay that much extra to make them look attractive. I am tall and slim, retirement age and have no interest in these ugly butt-flap shirts. I have nothing to hide. Give us choice next summer if you want more business!

I'm very disappointed in the colors. Especially the black and blue. The shirts look very faded unlike the vivid colors represented on the website.

Years ago, these t-shirts were of top quality and lasted years! Now they are made of thin material and even after a short wear, they look crummy. I have tried for days now to contact the company for a return. Absolutely ZERO accessibility! No email or phone support after many attempts. Their "cheerful" phone voice and words are all fake. I will never again order t-shirts from this disreputable company.

I purchased two shirts for Christmas the exact same size and type as the one I had purchased last year. They were much smaller than the one I own and needed to be returned. I paid with PayPal and followed all the rules for returning the items. It took them 22 days to process my refund after they sent me an email confirming receipt of my return. I phoned them multiple times. I will never purchase from them again.

Garbage, the water down ink on the shirt was so bad... it faded by just one trip to the park. Life is good as long as your shirt looks like the one on their website. This company is a scam! You can buy better quality shirts at Dollar Tree.

I purchased a refrigerator 11 months ago and the LG went out before the one-year's warranty went out on the product and it has been hard to get someone to come and replace the refrigerator. I have lost all of my food and medications that were in the refrigerator and the freezer. I still don't have any idea when someone will come and take care of this problem. The reps can't even give me a date or time. Brand new refrigerator.

I ordered 2 shirts 13 days ago and received them today. Pleasantly surprised at the quality as they used thick, substantial cotton tees, and the design/colors are vibrant and as pictured. All my online orders during the pandemic have been delayed so I wasn't surprised that it took 13 days. It did state on the website that one of my choices was made to order and could take 5-10 business days to ship. Also, when I reached out to customer service via email about forgetting to use a promo code upon check-out, I got a prompt response and was given a refund for the difference. Overall, a very good experience for a first time customer!

Worst customer service ever! There are many companies out there that donate to education so I would choose one of them over Life is Good. I ordered $120 worth of t-shirts and mistakenly entered the wrong house number, 1404 instead of 1405. When I realized my error I tried calling the company, that was over two weeks ago. Since then I have called and emailed everyday and have yet to hear from LIG. Monday I was so frustrated that I stayed on hold for 3 hours and got to #1 in the cue when I was told that I needed to leave my number and an Optimist would call me back. Its now Wednesday and I still haven't heard anything from them. If they're treating paid in full customers this way I'd be willing to bet that no money is being donated to any cause. Save yourself the hassle and buy from another company that can support their customers.

I would give it zero stars if I could. My package didn't arrive after 3 weeks. I tried emailing customer service several times with no response. I called them and waited on hold for over 2 hours. When my turn finally came, they hung up on me. I tried calling them 4 different times before someone finally called me back - only to tell me my order was lost and they didn't know where it was. They don't have the shirt in stock now so they couldn't replace it. Sadly, just a horrible company. Do not deal with them. You will be disappointed!

Terrible products. I used to be a fan until I learned the history of the company. For a company that promotes positivity and good vibes the owners don't practice what they preach. They literally stole the art from the creator of Life is Good. This was Gary Blehm's creation and his heart and soul.
That explains why the reviews went downhill when they cut Gary out. Now this company has generic inspirational quotes and crappy images that a 10 year old can create. The quality got worse too, probably because they only care about profits now.
0/10 do not recommend.
