I've been a LIG fan for 30+ years. Between my husband and I, we probably have 50 pieces of LIG clothing. I haven't needed to purchase anything from them in a few years (due to their high quality) but my husband's 20yo golf hat is about shot. He's worn it for dozens of rounds of golf over the years. I got a new one for him and I'm disappointed. The embroidered logo looks like it was drawn with a crayon, there's no LIG logo embroidered on the side edge of the bill, and the fabric is stiff and missing the quality feel of the older hat. Overall, I'm super disappointed.
My Christmas tee (women's long sleeve crusher vee) developed small holes after three washings. I have been buying these tees for years, and this has never happened before. I guess the quality isn't what it used to be. Disappointed.
We always liked life as a good T-shirt so we bought one sweatshirt and it seemed OK, so we saw some sales and decided to buy these for our friends and family as Christmas gifts. We bought about 12 and spent around $500 and they all shrunk after two washes in cold water
I am getting a lot of phone calls from my friends and relatives. Boy am I pissed.
I don't live in the Alaska Bush and it took 13 days for a delivery. Merchandise is cheap and excessively overpriced. Contacted customer support due to a hole in a shirt. Can you believe they told me on this shirt I had a 2 week return policy. Yea, that's right remember how long it took for delivery. Enough said and truly amazing how companies like this continue to make millions. Oh, I may know how! Someone may have had a great experience, but mine wasn't. The review indicates low credibility, but I'm not spending anymore of my time with this company. Meaning no pics, no video, etc.
I have some LIG t shirts from 2004 that are still going strong. Decided last year to read myself to some new ones, but they are absolutely awful. Thinner cotton that twists, seams coming undone, and the printed motif is starting to come off. Real shame as their products used to be so good. The photos below show the difference. Blue one a very old T shirt, red one about a year old and worn less.
I placed an order for a shirt on Dec.11,2022. I got an email with a tracking number on Dec. 12th. Every time I check the tracking number it says that they (USPS) still haven't received the package from Life Is Good. After numerous emails and phone calls I still haven't received my order, yet they charged my credit card the day I ordered it. I wish I had looked at their reviews before ordering. I would have never placed an order with them. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company.
Ordered their high density T-shirt on 7-5-2023. Item did not ship for 10 days, only response from them was too bad. Shjrt finally delivered was not the color I ordered and very poor quality material. Could buy the same shirt at Walmart for $7. Contacted customer service who sent me a link for refunds, but when I clicked on it the response was website not available. Good way to stop returns and refunds!
I ordered a T-shirt the team responded immediately. They kept me informed of the shipping and it came in very timely matter. Love the shirt it's just what I was hoping it would be. Thank You for your Excellent Service. I Highly recommend you to anyone and I will be ordering the the future!
I ordered a shirt for Xmas, for a relative. I had entered an incorrect address (missing 1 number). I called early the day after it was supposed to be delivered. They said it was going to be re-sent to them. I asked for it to be redirected, they said it could not. I work for a large manufacturer and we redirect packages everyday. I asked to reorder the same thing & have it sent to my relative and they told me they would and they would receive it by 12/23. Found out, today, it was never reordered.
Ive ordered in mass quantities from Life is Good in the past (wear them out before another order placed). My recent order was so disappointing. Every one of them were cut too short, fit too tight. My size hadnt changed. The company doesnt do exchanges anymore. Hmmm
I used to purchase from Life is good...PRIMARILY because of the quality. Now, it is made more of synethic materials and in Honduras. The t-shirts are rough and rather unpleasant to the skin. Forgo this brand. There are better products with integrity out there!
The reason I have been buying LIG t shirts for 40 years is the quality. The shirts I have ordered last year are much inferior to even my 10 year old well worn shirts. The shirts WERE buttery soft and thick, now thin, bad seams, bad fit, rough even after 10 washes.look elsewhere if your looking for the old quality. SAD!
I purchased a V-neck lite weight tee and the fabric stretched out after the first wash and I only put it in the dryer for 5 mins to remove wrinkles. Now it just hangs all wonky and looks like I got it out of a dumpster. Only shirt I've ever owned by LIG and the last.
I probably have 50+ Life is Good t-shirts. The last few years the quality is terrible. Every single one of my shirts gets holes in the front, even after one or two washes. The company won't stand behind their product. After emailing them about a brand new shirt I washed once (multiple holes), they didn't offer anything. I have to find a new brand with better quality.
This is the response I received-
I am so sorry about that! We actually do not know the reason for these quality issues. It can be anything from humidity, temperature, raw materials etc. Also, sometimes because of continuous rubbing or friction on a particular surface can also cause the fabric to develop holes. We do take many precautions and our products are put through so many quality tests to make sure that such things do not happen but still there are times when some quality issues do happen. We will try and make sure that such things do not happen in future.
I wish, I could reship that t-shirt for you but unfortunately, that item is currently out of stock. We truly appreciate your feedback and I will be sure to pass along your feedback to our Customer Feedback sheet in order to alert the correct department of the issue you are experiencing.
If you have any questions, please let us know and we will be happy to help.
Have a wonderful day!
I've been buying Crusher Tees for my wife for a long time and the quality was excellent. They used to last for years. Now they are super thin and poor quality. They come out of the dryer all puckered and horrible looking--not sure if that shows up in picture. The material is way TOO THIN. To prove this, I weighed a very old, much washed shirt and a recent purchase. Below are the exact weights:
Old shirt: 7.75 ounces. New Shirt: 6.05 ounces
The old shirt had 28 percent more cotton than the new shirt. Neither shirt was what they call their "cool tee" line which are supposed to be thinner. I think the bean counters figured they could save money by using less cotton. At todays cotton prices that is about 25 cents per shirt. A stupid move when your selling a $35 shirt and you lose long time customers forever.
I have worn life is good T-shirts for years. I will never buy another one.
I am so disappointed in the quality now. Their shirts are very thin. They used to be a very heavy, soft cotton. Now you can see right thru them.
They boast that they offer free shipping and returns. I was never credited for my return and am unable to contact them by phone, email, facebook messenger. On one call I waited on hold for over 2 hours. I've left at least 5 messages without a return call. It's almost as if the company doesn't exist except they do accept your money! (And send you sub-par merchandise that you're then stuck with!) They even have a friendly recording thanking me for "focusing on the good during these difficult times" as they put me hold for 2 hours just to disconnect when it's my turn! They even give you the option to leave your phone # to receive a call back due to high call volume, but they never call back! It seems they've closed most of their stores! Life is NOT GOOD while trying to deal with this company! Shameful. Complete opposite of their product image! I will never think "GOOD" things when I view their merchandise again!
Just received two kidsT-shirts.
I Like Big Trucks Long Sleeve Toddler Crusher Tee and Dig it Crusher Tee.
They are the CUTEST EVER, better than expected. No doubt my grandson will love them and insist on wearing them everyday!
I love the design on these shirts-especially now! I have called customer service on 2 occasions. Both times I was on hold for less than 3 minutes. The person(s) I talked to totally resolved my issue. This is a company that stands by its product. If you have a problem, or question, call them! Don't just complain online. They work hard to resolve the issue. I also love the donation that they make! Life is Good! Enjoy these awesome products!
Don't expect to get help from customer service. Waited 2 1/2 hours on the phone to get an answer to a question. Started out at number 21. When I was #1 I was only give any option to leave my call back number so they could call me back "shortly." It's been 24 hours and no call. If you take the design somewhere and have it printed... do so.
Answer: I left a message and received a return call within a day.
Answer: Good quality and fit. Fun and comfortable to wear.
