I left a message and received a return call within a day.
Customer service is AMAZING. I have had 2 issues. Both were errors on MY part. Both times the company took excellent care of me.
Impossible. They don't answer emails. If you call them, you will be on hold for at least 2 hours and they don't call you back.
Horrible customer service.
