When I first made my order I did not notice my eye doctor had put a brand on my script. I ordered the wrong thing and I was wondering why I kept getting notices that y'all couldn't approve my order. That was when I went over my script again and seen the brand. I called up lens.com and spoke with someone who walked me through everything and helped me to place the correct order. Now I have my contacts and I LOVE THEM! Thank you guys for EVERYTHING!

The lenses are in a flat case which is not good for long term storage. Hopefully they will still be usable when I need them.
They get you hooked with a discount on your first purchase. After that, their prices are significantly higher than their competitors and they add a hidden "fees and taxes" (you don't see the amount until the very end when you submit payment). There is no explanation for what the "fees" are for. They also refuse to consider a price match when offered.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
