I had called because my prescription was adjusted from my new provider. The costumer service reps were very nice but I had called twice because each time my right eye prescription was not corrected and changed back to what it initially was. I called again and they said they changed it in the system and I still ended up receiving the wrong right eye power.

Uploading prescriptions and selecting lens are super easy. Can't beat the prices!
The price listed before I added to cart was over $100 cheaper. The cart also doesn't give you a breakdown of what makes up the total, it just gives the total, so there was no way for me to see what caused the discrepancy. It still ended up being cheaper than my in network provider.
Also, it is annoying that you don't get a tracking code. Overall I will keep buying contacts here as long as the price is competitive with other similar sites.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
