I should not have to type anything. It's aggravating enough to have to put your star rating and everything else before you're able to submit whether or not you were happy with your service or that you received it.
Ordering was easy and I got them quick but they was price $45.00 and ended up being $82.00. I didn't like that but they are good contacts

I have looked at lots of different contact websites. This one is the cheapest and easiest way to buy contact lenses. They also make it very easy to get a new Rx if yours has expired.
Initially it was crazy because the communication was all over the place but after speaking with CS, it was fixed.
My order came within a few days and I was shocked! The fast service is really great for a working mom and someone that's last minute with ordering. Great job!
I love having an option to save money on my contacts. The ordering process is simple and the contacts arrive quickly.
Do not believe the price they quote you. Once you spend your time ordering they add a taxes/fees item. That line item is more than the cost of your order. When I tried to get a break down they were not willing to disclose their fees. Taxes would be less than 6% when I ordered which would come to approx. $22 with this in mind they are charging an additional $180 approx. The entire order after their rebate should be $149.92 + $9.95 (shipping). I understand making a profit but their profit is more than the entire order should be with shipping and taxes included.
There is no mention of this charge anywhere until you checkout and then this is the information they give to you. Try to get them to explain it and all the lady could tell me is that, "It is included with every order."

I am willing to pay more for the honesty of a reputable company. Adding this ridiculous fee is a scam in my opinion and I will not, nor will I ever order from this company again. I would suggest a company that stands behind their advertising.
They were helpful and they were quick. They called the optometrist for the prescription.
Initially the cost per box caught my eye but when it came to checkout there was a $9 bump in price with no explanation on the screen. The processing charge is like a ghost charge. The subtotal went from $55.96 + $9.95 shipping = $74.84. Clearly, that doesn't add up. The itemized bill is not automatically sent with your confirmation email. I reached out to customer service they explained that the itemized bill comes after the cart screen. Customer service was helpful but as a consumer I like to see all charges up front prior to submitting payment. At the end of the day it's not a bargain and prices are comparable to other major contact company websites.
