I answered in previous question. The product was inferior to the sample that I received at my doctor's office. It seems that perhaps there are different manufacturers of these contacts? Apparently I bought one that was not of very high quality.

So, they didn't process it because of "rebate vendors have been seriously impacted..." so I'm out $95. I even pointed this out to the support chat but they just said tough luck.
I'll never do business with this company again
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have dealt with from any company. It took 8 months to receive my rebate with no communication that there would be a delay. They had unjustifiable excuses such as "businesses have been impacted by recent events beyond our control." Their website indicates "Rebates take 8-10 weeks as they require multiple steps including fraud prevention, verification, and third-party Visa Card Issuance and mailing." They can't even commit to the timeframe for receiving the rebates on their own website. I never received communication that there is a substantial delay on the rebates which would have been an expected courtesy. I suggest not buying anything from them.

Purchasing contacts through lens.com was very easy. Delivery arrived quickly and was exactly as ordered.
Paid for 2 day shipping, just got an email saying my order won't ship for another 12-18 days. WTF?! I ordered on the 7th and it's not expected to arrive until after the 28th? This is absurd. It said in the order confirmation they'd ARRIVE by the 15th
First time ordering and it wasn't hard. I did have some issues with one pair of the contacts from the order. But I will order again.
The experience was fine. Not happy with the way you break down the cost. You pass the taxes onto me, you pass your overhead cost onto me, all to make the item look less expensive. All those cost should be rolled into the cost of the product. I guess the next thing for you to do will be to break out the employees wages and benefits. I have never seen a company do this.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
