The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I got a call before I even finished questions. I don't like that
To much information given before I could see match
Very pleased with the response that I'm very pleased with the response that you gave me so quickly and I'm looking forward to working with someone of this caliber thank you
I would rather communicate by email, not all the annoying phone calls!
I am busy didn't want phone calls only wanted lower percentage offers.
Inundated with calls before I even finished your info. I was just trying to get current rates, not have to complete alot of info with the callers or your site

So far I am quite happy with the question asked. T
Found Lendgo to be expeditious, totally on track and the material was presented in a user friendly manner

Ask for personal info, never gives the rates, just links to spam.
Site promised low rates in 2 minutes. Did not deliver.
Stated you valued privacy and would not share email, but the next screen showed that you were finding lenders. Next my phone and email will blow up. I already was skeptical of the rates you advertised given that rates have not been that low since below Christmas and are now at about 4%. I will reserve judgement until I talk to these lenders. However, if they do not come in with raes near those advertised, I will make a complaint. I am tired of being treated poorly when trying to find a mortgage.
Why do you always have to give phone numbers and personal contact info just to get some quotes or information? You need to tell people up front that all you're going to do is match them with lenders that can easily be found by Google.
I need more time to write about my experience I just started seen how works and what it's gonna be after this first contact
Everything went fine easy to do I have no problems with this work great
You made it seem by the initial add that it was paid by monthly checks no refinance!
Bait and switch. You roped me in with a 2.39% offer and left me with a bunch of private lenders who are going to call day and night.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
