The second person with whom I spoke was rude. I hung up. I was on a speaker phone, he claimed I was yelling at him when I wasn't. I was asking him the interest knowing full well I required 4.1-5% rate. He refused to answer my question. I ended the call stating we couldn't do business.

Your ad said there was a way to take equity money out of the house without changing the mortgage on the house. And I guess that technically a HELOC does this… But I was looking for something a little more creative than that.
