Kind of hard to give an opinion when I don't know yet whether or not I will be approved.

I just only want to know the rate and sample of deals available, I do not want to speak with any representative. I am planning to refinance to lower my mortgage payment.

I spoke with Tarek Fakhouri at his Licensed Lending Office and he was very helpful, courteous and professional. He answered all my questions and was quite pleasant to work with.

It was great easy questions didn't take long for an answer. It felt like a lender that is not a scam. Ty

I do think I am get a fair deal with these lender I will pay the loan back with the best of my ability,

I started out, going to renovate this property at 4130 Kingsland Circle in Winston-Salem, North Carolina to ******* for my daughter. After after talking to my daughter about doing this and she had a realtor that was wanting to do the work but after dealing with the realtor she had told me what she was going to charge and I think I did end up paying her some money to go in and renovate it but after dealing with her she wasn't doing right so I decided to cancel. She kept on doing it anyway and my daughter had to work and I matter of fact I told my daughter to cancel and I told her not to go back in the house she did it and I'm in the limb I end up getting a hernia so I put a hold on there and this was like back in probably August. So give me a call and I will get the details to you and I'm trying to get out of it cuz I end up having a heritage but I do need to get this thing started cuz it's been over. Nobody will lend due to my credit even though I am a veteran and have enough equity in my home.

I thought u were the lender. I didn't want a referral because they harasse you. And I don't want a lot of company s calling me.

Well, the first step requesting further info has been simple.
What type of loan are you offering and for how long? What is an IRRRL?

Looks good so far but it's very preliminary at this point. I cannot possibly give an assessment based on such little information and experience with the company.

Seems to be quick and easy process. I want to be able to move on to the next options/choices if not satisfied.

I atleast have someone listening to me. None of these estaishmemts has done anything to help me. I need money without alot of debt. Thank you!
