I needed to fix an order to which I was wrongly advised from. Carrie, LegalZooms Customer Care Representative, was assigned to help. She was quick to respond and was able to assist my request and complete it. She should be recognized for how she helped make what was a horrible past 5 days, seem much better and turned my day from a bad day into something good. I'd buy her a drink if I could, but I can only suggest she deserves a raise for coming to work and helping more than just refunding an amount, she also helped refund my family relationship without even knowing it.

Beware! I had called in to check the status on my order and Aaron was by far the most disrespectful and rudest rep I have spoken to at Legalzoom. The company has a dozen different reps that will handle your account and the reps leaving "notes" in a client's account are clearly not thorough enough since I had to be put on hold for 10 minutes while he "reads" them. I paid for the expedited process but Legalzoom doesn't feel that the priority is there even when I had paid for the highest package. You've been sending me emails that don't even correlate to my communication with you. I recommended that there should be just one rep to facilitate each specific account so that there isn't miscommunication and instead of a company taking the feedback and saying, "Thank you, we'll look into that," Aaron proceeded to rudely disrupt and say that "it's impossible because we have thousands of business requests". You have lost my business and future businesses.
Building a foundation for a small business and trying to process an LLC should not make me feel like I'm just another number in the "thousands" of requests. Legalzoom does not hold standards high and only wants to reap the financial benefits. Please train your reps to be more respectful over the phone.

I received text saying my docs were available. Went to biit.ly link and could not retrieve docs from site. Agent could see them on her end, but web site glitch prevented my retrieval. Michelle sent them to me via email which was a HUGE help. Great job!
