I have spent two days trying to find forms to let me redo our Medical Power of Attorney, a Codicil to our Wills, and Revocation forms for the original documents. Every site that says it's free, isn't. You can fill out the forms but you must pay to print them. This is the only site I found that truly let's you download the form for free. And, even better, they let you download a WORD document which is what I needed. Hurrah for Legal Templates. They are a life (and money) saver!
