There was no email reminding about the end of the free trial. There were no emails each month indicating they had charged my card. There wasn't even an initial email regarding the initiation of my account. I had used a card that I don't monitor very closely, so it took me 3 months of charges to realize I was still paying. I had even set a reminder for myself to cancel it, but since I couldn't find an email, I didn't follow up on my own reminder until I noticed the charges. On the flip side, their customer service, especially, Danny, was very good about getting my last month refunded, and obviously it was my fault I didn't cancel which is why they are getting 3 stars.
I was surprised when I saw a charge on my account because I was positive I had canceled this, so I made a call to the customer service where I spoke with Benjamin he was so helpful. He was able to take what could have been a negative experience and turn it into a positive one, he refunded my money even though it was outside their normal policy. Thank you for your help, Benjamin.
I found POA forms to be excellent and perfect for what I needed I just downloaded and printed first time I ever found a place to get these forms without wanting me to pay a fee,or download an app.you guys are awesome
I think that he has good customer service and is a polite person he shows that he like he's job and that he care about making sure his customers leave knowbthat he care and made the effort to get them whatever they need

I have no idea where the charge is coming from. My card statement indicates "11legaltemplates". I receive email from Sitejabber which routes me to Legal templates. I tried to cancel before the 7 days free trial and I couldn't figure out who to contact. I contacted cust support and was told they would cancel the subscription but still had to pay 38.95. I had to call the credit card company to dispute the charge and try to get back the 38.95 they charged. Tried to claim fraud but so far cannot. This company so seem to scam people. How can you charge before the trail period is over?

It was really easy to navigate the site. I found a sample template that fit my needs for a modeling contract. There was an option to tailor it specifically by answering some questions. Also could have prefilled the form if I so chose to do so however I was happy with the basic template. I was able to print out the copies I needed. All in all a good experience.

I signed up for a trial and was sure I canceled the subscription. I was surprised when I saw the charge on my account. I called in expecting a fight but Benjamin took the time to listen to my issue and was able to resolve it in a very professional and kind manner.

This company has stolen $160 dollars from me in the last 4 months. I have no idea how they got my information but when I addressed the issue with them I was told that they would return only half of my money. This was presented as a fair solution for something that was taken fraudulently to begin with, but the catch was that I would have to agree to not report the remaining balance to my credit card company for recovery. Their customer service emails are manipulative and aim to extort while refusing to accept any wrongdoing. Anyone who works for this company should be utterly ashamed to be affiliated with such a lowlife career choice. After some back and forth with their customer service I escalated my complaint to the Better Business Bureau where they offered me $120 from the $160 they took claiming there was a limitation on how far back they could go to refund unauthorized charges. So there's a limit by your "company policy" on returning funds but not on how much you'll take from people? Yeah...They are disgusting.

Customer service was fast and friendly. I appreciated the attitude of the agent. I was upset having earlier cancelled my account, but due to my oversight, I had still been repeated charged. His helpful demeanor deescalated my unhappiness.
Length of time to compleate is somewhat lengthy. Allowes you to add your dates on there instead of creating a template thats locked for a year, you can create your own length of time ex 1, 2, 3, 10 Years. Various of Different forms and options to choose from

While this is a great service, I only needed it for one document; so naturally I went for the free trial, and while I canceled it a week after, I was still charged $39.95 the following month. I went back into my account and assured that my subscription was cancelled, and called the 800 number seeking a refund, since I was essentially paying for a service I was not using, and had cancelled TWICE. I spoke with Charles and he was extremely understanding, and helpful in assisting me with receiving a refund. Great customer service!
