Exactly what I needed. I was able to find the lease documents related to my state. The documents cover everything to protect both the Tenant and the Landlord. Their were many options to choose from and I was able to find what fit our exact application of a Month to Month lease agreement.

I signed up for Legal Templates because I was considering renting my home in the Bay Area and needed a contract. I ended up not using it and of course forgot to cancel before the free trial ended. I am very satisfied with Legal Templates because I needed a cohabitation agreement in order to justify the relationship between my boyfriend and me to a lawyer for a legal procedure, thus for that reason I found that the template was very useful, seriously it was very proper to my needs, I just filled in the blanks and quickly created a professional agreement which was well received by the lawyer. It was an extraordinary experience.

I recently used legal templates to create NDA's. I only needed them for this one-off project, so I wrote down in my calendar that I had to cancel the free trail before it was over so I would not get charged. I forgot to cancel, and noticed a charge on my card. They do not send you an email notifying that the free trial expired. I called customer service and said that I meant to cancel it before my free trial was over, and I asked if they could refund me. They did not hesitate to refund me and the process was simple. Juan processed my refund within a minute of my asking. You have to notice the charge and ask for a refund in order for it to be smooth. I was very pleased with my experience with LegalTemplates, because their product is excellent and their customer service is accommodating.
