I forgot to cancel my free trial before the expiration date, and a quick chat with a customer service rep along with an email to the refund department, and they promptly authorized a refund... and all ON Thanksgiving Day! So, when I sink my teethe into that turkey leg in a couple hours, I will make sure to be thankful for the Legal Template crew!

Sitejabber makes finding templates and downloading super easy and accessible. I wanted to look at contract examples and I got a ton of great templates from their site. I will be 100% recommending this to fellow peers and using this site again.

SCAM... Be warned. I called to cancel they said no problem, 7 months later I am still getting charged $39.95 month for a service I never used. When I told them I cancel 7 months ago they said: "Prove it", they are criminals.

Not sure why a review is required to speed up my refund. Seems a little strange to me. Without a review I was told it would take 15 days for a refund and with a positive review it would be much quicker. Not a good way to do business.

Legal Templates provides very easy, user friendly customizable legal documents. Cancellation of their trial service was uneventful. The chat representative was very helpful and courteous. Likewise, my email communication was handled expeditiously.

I have accessed the month-to-month residential and room-letting agreement. I found them easy to understand and they seem to cover all important aspects. I also found really useful information on the site.

The refund process was simple and straightforward. Danny was a great help. All I needed to give was my email and last 4 digits of my credit card, and the refund was taken care of via chat. It's nice not to have to stay on the phone and on hold.
