I used one of their templates which was very good. I had a billing problem which they resolved to my satisfaction. Danny U. Was very prompt and helpful (excellent customer service). Overall a good company to work with.

I found their process of questions to fill in the documents very easy. I was able to complete my contract in a lot less time and I felt comfortable because I was able to save money that I would normally pay an attorney.

I have used the service in the past and it was fairly good and helping me form a lease agreement. Unfortunately I do not have enough of a demand to use this service on a subscription type basis. The customer service was excellent and I highly recommend the service to anyone who is interested in using it.

In comparison to other similar websites offering forms and documents under the guise of soliciting legal business, this site does actually offer the requested documents and forms without the solicitation. You can choose to browse and or download the documents and not be held hostage for the content you worked to create. The nominal fee for membership seems to be very reasonable. Thank you.

First time as a landlord and didn't know where to go for a rental agreement lease. Found your site to be very user friendly with very thorough sample templates for rental agreement leases were provided.

I had contacted Legal Templates after I realized I had made an error thinking I had 14 business days to cancel after the free trial. My card got charged and I called the customer service number, I explained what happened and they immediately refunded me the entire amount charged. Charles was exceptionally helpful and very accommodating. It was very refreshing to see this outstanding level of service.

I really appreciated the ability to access the form that I needed so easily. LT provided just what I was looking for. Because I loved its accessibility, I subscribed. But, I just do not conduct the volume of business to account for the $40 monthly cost. I have not had the need for the service except the one incidence. I would definitely recommend though.

Customer service was excellent. I used the site once, but was subsequently charged for 2 months after. I contacted customer service to request a refund. I was pretty much immediately contacted and they started the refund process. If I ever had the need to use their services again, I definitely would.
