Legal templates is a great website for what you need to generate for legal paperwork. I used it to help my roommate and landlord generate the lease agreements he needed for the renters. A good company. With a monthly fee of $34.95

I was having an issue with a roommate, not my 1st time. I am certain I went through the steps to cancel my "free trial" the day that I tried this website. It wasnt what I was looking for so I immediately cancelled only to find out 5 months later that I have been charged over 200 dollars with zero use of their services or their website. What kind of a con website charges after a "free trial" and sends no emails, no receipts, no statements? I will tell you, this is the type of website/business survives on deception and shotty legal terms to protect their murky business practices. Stay away from this website/business at all cost. I will be reporting to the BBB as well.
Benjamin was very helpful in resolving a billing conflict. Making my template was easy and quick. Getting out of the recurring billing was challenging but once I got a hold of the right person he states he will make it right and process a refund, which was greatly appreciated.
I needed a Divorce form for California and found it easily at LegalTemplates.net The form was easy to follow and fill out. I was done in less than an hour of downloading the form. It took a load off my shoulders as I could not afford for an attorney or paralegal service to help me out. Thanks again to Cris for all the great assistance he gave me with my account.
In need of a non-disclosure agreement template I joined Legaltemplates. The template was very easy to personalize to fit my need and was accomplished in less than ten minutes.
The business structure is a subscription model giving subscribers access to templates. After subscribing, I went through several months of inactivity. I even forgot I was being billed recurrently. When I remembered, I was able to close my subscription and upon request, Benjamin from the support team acted to refund a significant amount of the charges I incurred during those months of inactivity. The product is good and the support team is responsive and fair.

I would have given 5 stars, but it did not say credit card info would be needed, even for free 7-day trial, if I create the will on their site and want to download it afterward. However, it is free to download without having to create it on their site. I deleted the document on their site and downloaded the template directly to MS Word. Very easy!

Love this site! They are so great and easy to work with. I signed up for the service for one month just to pay them something because it was so helpful to have. I don't really need templates, etc. every month so I cancelled, but I wanted to pay them somehow!

They answered a handful of my questions and have free downloads for templates of the contracts. Which saves a ton of time, rather than write one out from scratch. They seem fairly legitimate from the skimming over of the contract and are a good starting point.

A lot of sites promote free and downloadable templates and then attempt to get you to pay money for the template or offer free ones if you give them a credit card # for a 7 day free trial. Keep up the good work!

I forgot to cancel my subscription after using it for a lease. Lisa refunded the amount and was extreme nice. On the business side of this website, I havent found another website that was as easy to navigate and use w so many options. Ill defin use this website again.

Benjamin helped me with getting a refund for a product I no longer need. He was most helpful. I called after I realized I didn't cancel my subscription before it renewed he told me he would be happy to reverse the charge for me.
I did not cancel my trial on time and noticed a charge on my card for the monthly subscription. I called the toll free number and was surprised how easy it was to cancel the subscription and submit a request for a refund. Cris, the customer service agent, was very professional, polite, and easy to work with.
I am dealing with clients as a part of my job, so I know the back side of the job and that it's not always easy to satisfy every single customer but the LegalTemplates customer support team is doing a great job! Keep it up!
I recently used legal templates for a rental agreement lease. The lease was very easy to obtain and came out looking very professional. I had no issues when using this lease.
